Umalis ang dalawa at naglakad papuntang exit. They tried to calm themselves but the panic and anxiety was visible in their eyes.
"Where are you going?" pigil ng ina ni Tania.
Heaven's face was pale at halata ang pagmamadali.
"I'm sorry, auntie. Something happened to grandpa and I need to go home," she answered, lips quivering.
"What? Okay, go. I will deliver the message to Tania."
"Thank you, auntie."
Paglabas ni Heaven ay nakita niya si Alfonso na nakatayo doon.
"Ano'ng ginagawa mo dito?"
Alfonso grabbed her arms and dragged her inside the car.
"We have to go home," ani ng lalaki matapos makapasok sa driver seat.
Nagtaka naman si Heaven. They need to go home? Alam ba ni Alfonso ang nangyari sa lolo niya? Nevertheless, she asks him, "Why?"
"May nangyari kay Winona," sagot ni Alf
