Dearly, Gently
SMELLING the aroma of her newly brewed coffee somehow paved away the tiredness she’s been having this whole day. She walked towards her chair to continue her work supposedly but her telephone suddenly rang.
“Hello Good afternoon…”
“Is this Collen?” she puts down her coffee the moment she recognized that voice.
“Ace?”
“Can you come here and sign something for me…”
“Bakit? Nasaan ka ba?”
“I’m at the hospital and the nurse said I need a guardian’s sign…”
Collen didn’t have to battle with herself if she has to go or not. When she heard the word ‘hospital’ she immediately left the building, took a cab and went straight to where Ace is. Hindi rin niya alam kung bakit siya ang naisipan niayng tawagin ito pero marahil ay dahil hindi sinasagot ni Jayce ang mga messages
