BAGSAK ang balikat ni Jayce na nilapitan si Kristel na nakayuko na sa mesa. She called him while sobbing a while ago. Hindi naman napigilan ni Jayce ang hindi mag-aalala kaya naman binilisan niyang tuntonin ito rito. He found Kristel in VIP Room in a bar. She is wasted and she’s still weak. She’s probably getting worst day by day.
He drove her to her condo and had a hard time in trying to wake her up.
“Kristel…I know you can still talk,” pikit-mata siyang napatingin kay Kristel sa kanyang tabi.
“…and maybe you are not that drunk.”
Nagmulat naman ng Kristel at napatingin kay Jayce. “I’m drunk, but I can still manage.”
“I will always be a friend to you, but I can’t be the only one to rescue you at times like this,” mahirap man ngunit nagtapang si Jayce na pakawalan
