This is the day that the Lord has made… I will always rejoice in it, especially now… today is the day, OUR Day! This is a very happy day, happiest even. My talk with Itay yesterday makes this one indeed the Happiest!
A Little Flashback
Just yesterday…
Naratnan ko si Itay sa puntod ni Inay… never thought he came to visit her kahit minsan. As it turns out he always comes to visit every time he's in the province and never misses a chance.
“Itay? You’re here” bati ko sa kanya nakaupo siya sa sahig paharap sa puntod ni Inay sa mausoleum ng mga De Vera…
Kita sa mukha niya ang lungkot
“Hi Anak! Samahan mo ako” tinapik niya ang sahig sa tabi niya
“I have some things to tell you” panimula niya, ng makaupo ako sa tabi niya...
