It's been one week since Noah came into my house and confided. Pero hanggang ngayon, hindi ko pa rin nababanggit kay Flare ang tungkol doon dahil mas busy siya ngayon.
It's the seventh day of my workshop and until now, hindi pa rin nakakapunta si Flare. But he phoned me a while ago saying he'll check me today.

I'd been drawn back out of my thought when Trixie - the workshop instructor - walked passed behind me. She cleared her throat and continued the lecture. "Tension breaks down concentration ability, making it difficult to maintain calm exterior..."
Warm up pa lang ang ginagawa namin ngayon. And part of it was doing relaxation exercise like deep breathing.
