Althea’s P.O.V
Nakita ko na parang nakahinga ng maluwag si Sophia. Akala niya siguro ay ayokong makipag usap sa iba.
“I really thought you’re going to ignore me,” she said. I shook my head.
“You’re the only one who show’s concern to me,” I said. She looked so bashful but her bashfulness disappeared immediately.
“Actually, I want to talk to you. My friends and I heard what you guys talking about yesterday last night,” she said worriedly. I felt my whole body stiffen. How much she heard?
“Is that so,” sabi ko. Napabuntong hininga.
“I didn’t know that woman is like that. At first, I thought you’re the one who is the wicked but I didn’t know that she’s the one who is really mean,” sabi niya. Tumahimik lang ako. Even though she’s kind to me, I won’t trust her yet.
