"Anger"
My palm sting at the impact. Namumula ang pisngi niya sa ginawa kong pagsampal. I saw his jaw clenched repeatedly. He eyed me with his cold stare. Halos manginig ako. My shoulder is rising fast dahil sa mabilis kong paghinga. For a moment there gustong pagsisihan ang pagsampal sa kanya. Naunahan na naman ako ng emosyon ko.
"What was that for?"
I swallowed hard. Tumindi ang kaba sa dibdib ko. I guess, I have to hold on to my anger now to defy his coldness. Para hindi ako tablan nito.
"I told you, it's my way of g-greeting you."
He clicked his neck. "Really? After you disappeared and gone for so long, is that how you'll greet me?"
"What do you expect?" I hissed. "Hug you? Kiss you?"
