When I woke up the next day, I felt that my legs were too numb. At first, I was confused about why I felt this way, but suddenly, an idea sunk into my mind, and I remembered what happened to me.
I remember that last night I got shot in my legs by the enemy. It hurt but boss Jake was there and I didn't want him to feel worried about me. That's why I restrained the pain I felt.
But when we arrived at the entrance of the hospital, I lost consciousness before we entered.
Because I couldn't bear the pain I felt and I did not know what happened next…
I didn't notice that I was already hanging and was in deep thought. Only then do I regain my senses when I felt a hand touch my face and I heard a familiar voice.
