LIA POV:

With a smile I entered my room. I will never forget the simple smile she gave me. I rested early so I didn't eat dinner, bcoz I'm still full.

Good morning Ma! Good morning Pa! I greeted them warmly when I caught them eating breakfast. I sat next to Mama on the right side of the table. Dad looked at me meaningfully.

What Pa? I frowned when I asked Papa but there was still a trace of a smile on my lips.

Your smile can have obvious reasons? Mama looked at my behavior with a questioning look and suddenly she smiled.

I look at them with question in my eyes. They look each other and just shrug their shoulder and continue eating. I ignored them of what they react. After i eat breakfast, i go to my room and prepare to school. I almost finish preparing myself when i heard a loud horn outside. I hurriedly go to my window and looked who is in the outside. I puff a hard breath when i see my friends outside with a devilishly smile while they looking at me. I wonder why they didn't go to school. We are almost late actually. I shrug my thought and continue preparing my self. After i satisfy with my outfit i go down to see my friend sitting in our couch. I also seat beside Ley and look at them with question in my eyes. They smile at me the annoying one with upward eyebrows.

What? I ask them annoyed. they just laugh in annoying, i carry my bag and marching out the house. i feel they follow me and Ram grab me in my shoulder.

Hey! we're not going school today! Ley said and ride to her car suddenly her annoying smile turn to a serious expression. she signal us to ride our car in follow her.

What happen? i ask them confuse. They just look at me and shrug their shoulder and ride their car. We drive almost four hour, i don't know where we go. We arrive at Ley rest house in tagaytay, i look at them for asking, why we here?

I don't know either! Sue answer shrugging her shoulder. We are talking and asking each other, why we here when Ley get our attention. i stare at Ley, to see her serious face with trace of sadness.

What are we doing here? I ask Ley in a low tone and a little bit of nervous. She look at me with disbelief in her face before she talk.

I want to drink to temporary forget my problem!. and also i need a quiet place! She said seriously, i look at them with question if okay with them. they just nod their head to say okay. After we agree, we go inside and start to eat and drink. The food and drink is prepared already. We drink until 2am in the morning. Before i go to bed i check my phone and see 20 miss calls and 10 messages from Ms. Smith. Suddenly my heart beat fast when i read her name in my phone. I open my phone and read her message.

Where are you? you forgot our date? her first message.

Hey! i called you, why you didn't answer your phone? her second message an hour after her first message.

Dammit i called you so many time but you didn't pick up your phone! so i think you forgot our date.

Ignoring my call huh!? don't show your face anymore. I feel a slight affright to her message. I continue reading her message.

If you didn't pick my call i swear i'm gonna do something to you, when i see you. i fell frighten to her 5th message. i open her 6th message with nervous in my heart.

Now i know where you at! I swear i kill your mistress beside you. I thinking who is mistress she say, i remember someone always following beside me. Isa sa anak ng katiwala ni Ley dito sa rest house. Napa-isip din ako sa reaksyon nya na parang girlfriend na nagseselos. napangiti akong wala sa oras ng magets ko. tinapos ko na ang pagbabasa ng mga message nya. Saka alam ko naman na di nya pakikingan ang explanation ko at totoo naman na nakalimutan ko ang date dapat namin. Di rin kami nakapasok kina-umagahan. Dahil may mga hang-over pa kami, kaya nagswimming na lang kami sa pool. Pagsapit ng hapon ay nagpasya na kaming bumalik ng manila. Kinabukasan ay maaga akong nagising para pumasok sa school. Mamaya na ako pupunta sa office ni margie. My outfit is simple denim short, lost white shirt and black rubbber shoes. I arrive in school early, i go out in my car and ready to go inside. When someone grab my wrist in kiss me. I'm so shock kaya di agad ako nakareact. When i conceive our situation, my reflex automatically earn, i pushed the person in front of me in strong way.

Your lips taste good! i stiff when hear her voice, i know who is she. I look at her sharply but she just laugh my reaction. I wipe my lips roughly by my hand and look at her angry. Her laugh turn in a serious face with pucker on her brow.

That's your punishment dahil sa di mo magsipot sa date natin. Sarkastiko nyang sabi sa akin, napabuntong hininga na lang ako at napa-iling. Naiisip ko pa naman na pumunta sa office nya para sana suyuin sya. Dahil akala ko galit sya parang baliwala naman sa kanya ang nangyari nung isang araw. Kaya napatitig ako sa kanya baka sa pamamagitan nito ay mabasa ko kung ano ang nasa isip nya.

Why!? She ask confuse, i look at her again and i see in her eye a mark of sadness and hurt pero nawala din agad yun at napalitan ng isang mapang-asar na ngiti. I turn back without saying anything to her. I'm about to walk then i hear her saying.

I like you! She said seriousness is trace in her voice. I don't know what to react, so i started to walk to go inside the school. Nararamdaman ko ang mga tingin nya sa akin habang papasok ako sa school. Pagkapasok ko sa loob ng school ay saka lang kumawala ang isang masayang ngiti sa aking labi pero bigla rin itong nabawi ng maalala ko na wala nga pala ako nasabi na kahit ano kay Margie. Malulungkot na sana ako ng tumunog message tone ng phone ko. I taken my phone inside my bag and look whose message it. My smile automatically plaster in my lips by reading the name in the message.

I'm willing to wait until you're ready to like me back. The message content, my heart beat faster than before. The whole day my mood is good and no one is spoil it. Natapos ang araw ko ng masaya kahit na paulit-ulit sa isip ko ang txt nya sa akin.

Shit! I'm inlove with her! Shock na pag-amin ko sa sarili ko habang nasa loob ako ng kotse ko. Napailing na lang ako sa sarili saka pinaandar ang aking sasakyan. Masaya ako na naamin ko na sa sarili ko na mahal ko na si Margie Smith to be my Mrs. Margie Drieto. Kinikilig ako habang naiimagine kung naglalakad sya sa aisle at nakasuot ng pinakamagandang gown sa lahat. "Baka isa kila Sue ang andito ngayon sa bahay." Sabi ko sa sarili ko at dumiretso na sa hagdan para umakyat sa kwarto ko.

Habang si Margie na may matamis na ngiti na paunti-unti nang napapalitan ng alanganin na ngiti. Lihim akong napangiti ng mapansin kong napayuko na sya sa hiya. Ang taray-taray sa akin kapag di nakaharap ang parent ko.
