"Hello?" bati ko, almost whispering while walking out from my seat during the meeting with the marketing department.
Itinulak ko ang glass door and stood by the wall, ready to talk.
Somebody called me using a number that is not on my contacts so I carefully answered the phone.
"Yvette," bati sa akin pa balik. I squinted my eyes upon hearing the familiar voice.
Na tigilan ako sa pag angat ko sana ng baso ng coffee dahil sa na rinig ko.
"Yes. Who is this?" tanong ko while trying hard to remember the voice.
"Oh this is Tita Dani. Uhm... I called because I have something to give you. Can we meet now?" aniya.
Na bitin sa ere ang baso ng coffee that she ordered for me.
I can't believe what I heard in my ears today.
