Chapter 9: Marry Me

Joryn's PoV

I woke up from my deep slumber because of the sound of a phone ringing.I was about to sit down when my head suddenly ached, so I just lay down again.

"you're awake" I looked at the owner of the voice, he was holding a cell phone and putting it in his pocket.

"sorry about that, I forgot to turn off my phone" sabi pa niya

Tumango nalang ako, tumingin uli ako sa kanya.

I frowned why am I with him? where am I? I looked around, nakita ko ang mga unfamiliar na kagamitan, mga panlalaking gamit,kulay ng kwarto at iba pa,this is not my room!

Tumingin uli ako sakanya na parang nagtatanong.

"don't remember?" he asked me while walking towards me.

remember?

ano bang nanyari?

I shook my head and thought about everything that had happened to me yesterday, I froze when I realized what had happened to me yesterday.

"did you remember it know?" tanong niya, napansin siguro niya na natigilan ako.

"hindi lahat,ang naalala ko lang yung nanyari sa momose hangang sa....." hindi ko matuloy ang sasabihin kasi nahihiya ako sa pang aabala ko.

"......sa pagtawag ko sayo tapos hindi ko na alam pano ako napunta dito" nahihiyang kong sabi.

"drink this first to ease your headache and I tell you what happened" sabi niya nang makalapit sakin, ngayon ko lang napansin na may dala pala siyang isang baso na tubig at gamot.

Dahan dahan akong umupo at inabot ang gamot at baso ng tubig.

"thanks" 

"mMm" he grunt

"who did this to you?" he ask

"my cousins" nakayuko kong sabi

" they gone too far" komento niya

hindi ako nakasagot, totoo naman ang sinabi niya

"last night you've been drugged, if I don't come right away you might be raped." panimula niya.

I'm stunned

dr*g?

pano nanyari yun?

rap3? bakit ako mare-rap3?

"paano manyayari yun wala naman akong maalala na may pinainom sila sakin" sigurado kong sagot

"the whole time your with them?" he asked 

"ako halos ang kumukuha nang pag kain at inumin ko"

"are you sure they did not gave you any drinks and food that they can put the drugs?" he asked further

napaisip ako...

I shook my head

"kasama namin sila kuya lex at lucas pano nila magagawa yun?"

"if that's the case then did you leave them alone and came back from somewhere?" pagtatanong pa niya

that question...it hits me

umalis nga ako at pag balik ko may inabot sakin si ate jade, dun nag simulang nag bago pakiramdam ko.

"I remember it now, ate jade handed me some juice when I came back from the restroom" mahina kong sabi

hindi siya nag komento sa sinabi ko

"you were at the Palace Queen Hotel last night, they paid someone to take your innocence." he seriously said

Nag sitayuan ang mga balahibo ko, pano kung hindi siya dumating? paano kung hindi niya napigilan yung taong nagtangka sakin?sira na ang buhay ko, tumingin ako sakanya, buti nalang pinuntahan niya ako hindi siya nag dalawang isip na tulungan ako, ang swerte ko na nakilala ko si Dwayne.

"Dwayne about last night, thank you very much kung hindi ka dumating baka .....anu nang nanyari sakin" I choked up saying that

"it's okay, your safe now" kinuha niya ang baso na hawak ko at nilagay sa side table.

"anong klaseng drugs ang pinainom nila sakin?" ako naman ang nag tanong

"There are many types of drugs, I'm not sure what kind of dr*g they gave you, but the effect is the same, you want to have s3x even if you don't want to" sagot niya

Does that mean something happened to me and the person who tried to rap3 me?

"ma...may nanyari saamin?" nag aalala kong tanong,kinakabahan ako sa magiging sagot niya,sana wala....

"he was about to touch you, but I came"

nakahinga ako nang maluwag

"where is he?" tukoy ko sa nag tangka sakin

"jail"

"may gamot ba pang kontra sa mga ganung droga?" tanong ko uli

"nothing" maikli niyang sagot

kung walang gamot pano matatangal ang bisa nang drogang nainom ko?

wala naman daw nanyari samin nung taong nag takang sakin,kasi dumating siyang agad, kung ganun may nanyari samin ni Dwayne?

"kung wala,then we did it?" lakas loob kong tanong

tumikhim siya bago sumagot

"no, I put you on the bathtub with cold water" sagot niya

sigh....

Thank you Lord kung wala,hindi ko alam kung paano ko siya haharapin kung meron.

 "pinahirapan ba kita kagabi?" nag aalala kong tanong, sobra ang abala na nagawa ko sakanya.

"no" he said and he moved his gaze in some direction, wala naman akong napansin na kakaiba sa kilos niya baka hindi nga siya nahirapan, pero nakakahiya parin (*>.<*).

"thank you Dwayne" nakangiti kong sabi, utang na loob ko sakanya na nasakin pa ang iniingatan ko.

"welcome"

"why do they want to do that to you?" pag iiba niya ng usapan

"because...." hindi ko natuloy ang sasabihin nang maalala ko kung anung meron ngayong araw at dali daling tumayo sa kama.

"problem?" kunot nuo niyang tanong sakin

"anong oras na?" nag aalala kong tanong sa kanya

"7 pm, you slept the whole day"

Napaupo uli ako sa kama dahil sa narinig ko....

I lost.....

"I lost..." mahina kong sabi

"how?"

"hindi ako nakapunta tulad nang gusto nila, ngayon yung araw na pinaghandaan ko" disappointed kong sabi

"Dwayne I lost...nasayang ang ginawa natin...I disappoint my grandpa" nakayuko at mahina kong sabi.

"it's not your fault" he said and sat down on the bed in front of me while caressing my hair like what he did when I say his name in front of him before.

I let my guard down, hindi nila magagawa to kung hindi ako nag pabaya,inaasahan ako ni grandpa pero binigo ko siya, nasayang ang pagkakataon ko.

"this is not the right time to pity your self" he added

he's right but what can I do?

Suddenly, an idea came to my mind, I took his hand on my head, I hold his hand and looked into his eyes, shocked flashed in his eyes by what I did.

"marry me" seryoso kong sabi habang nakatingin sa mga mata niya.

"You're just angry, so you can say that"

"no,I'm willing" pag pipilit ko

His brows furrowed slightly, I saw a trace of resistance on his face. I need to convince him.

"you need a wife and I need support, if it's not enough just tell me, I will do anything for you, you don't have to pay me either." pag ko-convince ko sakanya.

I just need to retaliated against them, please let me marry you, I need your background and your title.

His pair of dark eyes shone like diamond for a short period, he gave me a slight smirk, the temperature of the room drop and became colder,a dangerous aura swept the room.

he lifted his one eyebrow and asked.

"Are you sure? once I made you my wife,you will no longer have the chance to change your mind." 

" yes I am, and if you are tired of me as your wife I will let you decide, and if you want to divorce me it's okay, and be assured I will not approach any man when we married." I replied back to him, a rare smile appeared on his face.

"ok, I'll marry you tomorrow and help you pack all your belongings and move here, as husband and wife we should live together" he said seriously

I nodded obediently

"thank you" my eyes shone with gratitude.

"since we are going to be a married couple,if you have something you can't resolve just tell me, I won't sit back and watch my wife being bullied" he added

"I promise, I just rely on you when I'm in need." mabilis kong sabi

"good" a rare smile appeared again on his face.

He took his cellphone out of his pocket and dial a number, while one of his free hands played the hand I was holding with him.

"I send you some info and prepare it for me, bring the papers tomorrow and let's meet in the office of Atty.Diana Lee" sabi niya sa kausap sa kabilang linya habang nakatingin sakin.

minutes later he ended the call

"it's settled, tomorrow you will be my wife" he squeez my hand

"and you'll be my husband" I blushed sa isiping magiging asawa ko siya, kahit na hindi intimate ang relasyon namin, The leading company CEO will going to be my husband tomorrow.

 "mMm, freshen up and let's eat dinner" he stood up.

I smiled and got up from the bed, and turned towards the bathroom.

Just now I noticed that I was wearing his clothes and not the one I was wearing yesterday, my face turned red when I thought that he might have changed my clothes. I returned to myself when I heard his voice outside the door.

"I've prepared some clothes in the bed for you, I just wait for you down there" he sincerely said.

"thanks" sabi ko, narinig ko nalang ang papalayo niyang yabag pati ang pag bukas sara ng pinto nang kwarto.

Bukas ikakasal kami.....

I felt that marrying him is the best decision I made.

I will make sure they will regret what they did to me.

Dwayne PoV

I could not erase the smile on my lips as I walked to the dining area.

I never expected that we would reach this point, in the end we are really for each other.

I will make sure she would not regret her decision to marry me, I would not let anyone hurt her again and those who hurt her will pay for what they did to her.
