Chapter Twenty Four

"Let's eat muna Love. Lalamig kasi yun pasta saka yun buttered shrimp."

Tinitigan lang ako ni Zach. I know what he is feeling right now. I feel it too. And we are both dying of anticipation. He heaved a deep sigh.

"Alright, let's eat." In his low, deep and husky voice.

Hinila ko sya hanggang makarating kami sa dining table.

"Wow. Candle light midnight snack Love."

"You like it?"

"You have no idea." Umiling-iling pa sya. "I want to finish my food as soon as I can Love."

Napalunok ako sa sinabi nya. Alam ko naman ang ibig nyang sabihin. We can literally feel the tension in the air. Feeling ko lahat ng cells ko sa katawan ay buhay na buhay. Kitang kita ko din ang mga malalalim at matatalim na mga titig ni Zach. How I love his dark eyes.

Tahimik kaming nag-umpisang kumain. I purposely skinned the shrimps because of Zach, he is always struggling skinning the shrimp whenever we have those in our meal. Willing naman akong ipagbalat sya.

"Skinned Buttered Shrimp?"

I nod in response. Nginisian lang nya ako.

"How's your gig?" I asked.

"Great. Lot's of people tonight. Parang hindi Monday bukas."

"Hindi padin nagperform si Keith?"

"No. He won't. Hindi namin sya mapipilit kapag ayaw nya tho he still play the drums but not singing."

"Did you sing?"

"Yeah I did. We performed some songs of The Script."

"Talaga? Favorite band ko pa naman yun Love. Dapat pala sumama ako kanina. Hindi tuloy kita napanuod magperform." I pouted my lips because of regret.

"Pwede naman kitang kantahan Love." Nginisian nya ako. "I can also perform-" he paused. "but I rather do it in bed." He gave me a dreadful stare.

I parted my lips. Napalunok ako sa sinabi nya. And then he chuckled and continue eating.

After naming kumain, magkatulong kaming nagligpit ng kinainan. Hindi pa namin ginalaw ang wine. Mamaya na daw after naming magligpit.

Nagtoothbrush nadin ako dahil kumain nga naman kami ng seafoods. Nagmouth wash din ako para mas fresh. Pagkalabas ko ng banyo nakita ko si Zach na nakapagpalit na ng damit. He is now wearing his Gray Pajama and a White Shirt. At napatitig na naman ako sa asawa ko.

Nakita ko syang dinala ang wine sa may terrace ng Condo. Binuksan nya ang pinto dun revealling the City Lights and the magnificient view of the sparkling night sky. Ngayon ko lang nakita ang terrace and it is spacious. Naglagay ng dalawang upuan at maliit na table si Zach.

"Wow!!"

"Love the view?"

"Yeah. Ang ganda pala dito."

"I rarely open this part of the condo. Come here Love." Pinaupo nya ako sa katabing upuan nya.

He opened the wine and poured it in our glass.

"Naginom ba kayo sa Bar kanina?"

"Yeah we had some beers. Nagyaya kasi si Keith. Wala na naman ginawa kundi lumaklak ng alak."

"Hindi pa din nya nakikita yun girlfriend nya? I'm sorry. I overheard your conversation with him."

Ininom nya ang wine at tumingin sa langit.

"Feeling kasi namin may tumutulong din kay Alex kaya hindi namin sya makita. We are using our connections to search for her but to no avail. Pero walang idea si Keith kung sino ang tumutulong sa kanya. Wala din kasi kaming makita na kahit anong information."

"Sana makita na nya si Alex. He really loves her. Nakikita ko kasi na sobra syang nasasaktan saka nalukungkot."

"Yeah. He really loves her. Si Alex lang naman ang sineryoso nya na babae. And he wanted to marry her but s**t happened."

Natahimik ako sa sinabi nya. I didn't think that a man can love like that, it so intense. He cried for her and those tears where really meant for her. I looked at Zach. Nakatingala na naman sya sa langit. Alam ko naman sa sarili ko na mahal ko sya. Wala din naman akong ibang minahal kahit ng maghiwalay kami. I gave my heart to him since I met him.

Uminom ako ng wine. Inubos ko na yun pangalawa kong baso. Nararamdam ko na din ang epekto nito.

"Want some?" He asked. I nod in response. Nilagyan naman nya ang wine glass ko. "Namumula na ang pisngi mo."

"Kunti palang naman naiinom ko ah."

Hinawakan nya ang pisngi ko at kinurot.

"Let's check some places tomorrow. Let's look for a feasible place where we can build your cafe."

"Talaga? Sige. Matutuwa din si Camille. Kinukulit nadin ako ng babaeng yun. Gusto nya talagang magbusiness ako para hindi na ako bumalik sa France." Diretso kong sabi without filtering the words.

Tinitigan ako ni Zach sa sinabi ko. His brows are furrowed.

"Do you still have plans of going back to France?"

I went still when he asked me that. Initially that was my original plan before everything was messed up. That was my plan after getting back the farm. And that was my plan before I realized my feelings with Zach. But it's not anymore.

Nakikita ko sa mga mata nya ang halo-halong emotions. He is waiting for my answer. Nang hindi ako nagsalita, inisang lagok nya ang wine. Ininom ko din ang saken. Nilagyan nya ulit ng wine ang baso ko.

"That will be your last." At sa bote na ng wine sya uminom.

Inisang lagok ko din ang iniinom kong wine.

"I have no plans of leaving now."

Napahinto sya sa paglagok ng alak. Tiningnan nya ako. Tinitigan ko din sya.

"I'm not going anywhere and I'm not leaving you Zach. I'm your wife now and I'm planning to stay here with you."

Nakatitig padin sya sakin at hindi nagsasalita.

I stared back at him and smiled.

"I love you Zach."

Hindi na ako nagulat ng hawakan nya ang batok ko at siniil ako ng malalim na halik. He kissed me passionately. I returned his kisses in every possible way I could show how much I love him.

"I love you. I love you so damn much Ria."

He keeps how much he loves me in his every kisses. Natawa nalang din ako.

"I love you too, Zach."

Inilipat nya ang kamay nya sa batok ko to deepen the kiss. We kissed each other like our lives depends on it. We keep on kissing until he lifted and carried me on the bed.

Natatawa akong umupo sa kama. I removed his top revealling his glorious body. I traced my fingers to his wide chest down to his perfect abs. He started to unbutton my top too while kissing my face.

"This will be your uniform in our bed, you're so sexy."

And he claimed my lips again. He kissed me savagely. I opened my mouth to welcome his hot tongue and returned his kisses with the same ferocity and intensity. His lips travelled down to my neck, licking my bare skin to my shoulder blades while his hands are busy unclasping my bra.

Tinawanan lang nya ako.

He just chuckled. Nilapitan nya ako at hinalikan ng mariin sa labi.

I gasped and covered my mouth. "Hindi pa ako nakakapagtoothbrush!" I exclaimed.

"Hahalikan padin kita Love kahit hindi ka pa nagtotoothbrush and I'll even make love to you ng paulit-ulit kahit hindi ka pa naliligo."

Nanlalaki ang mga mata ko sa sinabi nya. "Ang halay mo Zach!"

"Mag-ayos ka na at kumain na tayo. After that aalis na tayo."

Napatingin ako sa suot nya. Kaya pala nakabihis na sya. And I'm drooling over him right now. He is wearing the shirt I bought for him and paired it with a faded maong pants and a loafers. My husband visual is really breath taking.

Tumikhim ako para gisingin ang sarili ko. "Sige, maliligo na ako."

"Want me to join you?" Nakangising sabi ni Zach.

"Hindi na. Baka hindi ligo ang gawin mo."

"You'll never know Love." Kinindatan pa nya ako saka tumawa bago lumabas ng kwarto.

Napailing nalang ako.

"My horny husband."

Pagkatapos kong maligo, I decided to match my outfit with my husband. I also wore a white polo shirt, maong skinny jeans and a white sneakers.

Pagkalabas ko dumiretso ako sa dining area at nakaupo na si Zach.

Matiim syang nakatitig sakin habang papalapit ako.

"What?" I asked.

"You're beautiful."

I still felt some butterflies in my stomach whenever Zach gave me compliments. I smiled at him. Umupo na ako sa tabi nya.

"And you're handsome, my husband."

Napailing na lang sya. I saw him biting his lower lip.

He cooked sinigang na baboy and stir fry Brocolli with mushroom.

"Madami ba tong niluto mo, ito ulit ulam natin mamayang gabi?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"I think so. Initin nalang natin mamaya. Did you like it?"

"So much Love. You're a good cook."

"I know. I can cook you anything."

Napatango naman ako. Pinagpatuloy na namin ang pagkain.

Nakasakay na kami sa Range Rover nya at on the way to one of his malls. There is a vacant lot kasi na daanan ng tao katabi ng mall. And he wanted to check the place.

Nagpark sya sa tapat ng vacant lot at sabay kaming lumabas. Nilibot muna namin ang vicinity. May malapit na police station saka malapit na hospital. Meron din malapit na palengke. Sa katabi ng mall ay isa ding condominium and I know kung kanino ang condominium na yun.

"Ang accessible ng lugar na to Zach. Malapit sa lahat."

"Yeah. May malapit din na Hospital saka Police Station."

"Malapit din sa one of your condo's?" I teased him.

Ngumisi sya. "And mall." He added.

"I know right."

Nagcapture ako ng mga photos para iemail kay Camille. Zach started to call his friends to help with the development of the lot.

"I'll set up a meeting with Arkin and Hunter. You have the design on your mind Love?"

"Yup. I just want the place to be simple yet fancy at the same time."

"Ok, let's do that. Hunter will be the architect and he is really good in designs."

"Thank you Love."

"All for you."

Days went so fast easily, naging busy kami ni Zach sa pagbuo ng Cafe. I had my meeting with our development team. When I met Engr. Silvestre and Arch. Villanueva, napanganga ako literal. They were both really good looking. They have this authoritative aura. Grabe talaga ang mga kaibigan ni Zach. May kanya-kanyang level ng kagwapuhan.

Pero walang makakatalo kay Zach para sakin. He's a demi-God. Hot as hell.

Zach helped me with the processing of every details. Pati ang agency na maghahire ng mga employees ko.

Tinulungan naman ako ni Camille sa mga gamit para sa cafe. Gusto ko kasi may personal touch and some are really customized. Hindi ko padin sya natanong kung ano ang meron sa kanila ni Atty. Clemente. Nararamdaman ko kasing hindi pa sya ready magkwento.

"Love, I have a business trip coming this Friday until Sunday. Come with me."

"Where to?"

"Seattle USA."

"Whoaah. Gusto ko sana Love kaya lang under construction ang cafe, kelangan din ako dun."

"Ohh f**k!"

Niyakap ko sya sa bewang. "Pasalubong ko ah."

"Gusto kitang isama Love." Tinitigan nya ako. Tiningnan ko din sya at kinunutan ng noo. "Fine. I won't enjoy that f*****g trip."

"I'll wait for your return Love. Let's video call."

"I'll miss you big time Love."

"Moi aussi."

He chuckled. "je t'aime."

Napangiti ako sa sinabi nya. He sound so sexy.

"je t'aime aussi."
