Cullen heard it clearly, Drake called him 'shameless'? For what? He is just being real and that is him. His father always told him, he is exactly like his mom. The way he talks and approaches people, that's why his father fell in love with his mother.
Cullen concluded that Drake doesn't like him so he feels uncomfortable. He just rolled his eyes and blew his lower lips upward and fanned the hair that covers his forehead to release the tension he is feeling right now.
