Chapter 1: Meet Austin, Certified Berry

Austin's POV

“My goodness, I’m late” I stood up quickly on my bed when I found out that it was already 6 in the morning, I don’t know if my phone is crazy sometimes or I just didn’t hear the sounds of the alarm because I slept well last night.

I quickly went to the bathroom and took a shower, even though the water was cold, I endured it just to make sure that I could make it to the mall as early as I could.

“Austin, why are you in a hurry? You don't have work on Sunday, right?" my mother asks.

“I will go to the mall today Mom” I replied while I was going back to my room after I took a bath.

“The mall opens at 10 in the morning, It's only 6 in the morning, why are you in a hurry?"

I just couldn't say to my mother what is the reason, for sure, I would have multiple talks with her, especially with my father.

Why I am in a hurry? I will go to the mall to buy a ticket for the world tour of my favorite Korean girl group Strawberry, The Philippines is one of the venues on their ongoing world tour and it will happen 3 weeks away, I am so very excited because of an opportunity to see my idols, especially my only loves, Yeonjoo my precious one.

Yes, Yeonjoo is my bias, bias means your favorite of them, she became my bias because of her beauty, she's funny and she's good at singing and dancing and I don't know, every time I saw her, I always fell in love with her, she's like a d**g, she makes me an addict hahaha.

"Tell me, son, why are you going to the mall so early?" my mother asked me again.

"Ehhhh...I will have a meetup mom, a client, he told me to meet him a the mall" I told to her.

"Really? So prepare your clothes well so that you look pleasant to the client"

But before that, my name is Austin Ross Asistio, you can call me Engineer Austin also, a Registered Civil Engineer, I just passed the board exam, I'm currently working at the construction company owned by my friend's father, and of course, I am a certified Berries hahaha, that is the name of the fandom of Strawberry, it sounds gay but I don't regret it.

After I had breakfast, I went outside to start my car and drive from the house, going to the mall which is 6 kilometers away from here, but before going to the mall, I will fetch someone first.

I stopped near the subdivision because I would buy a ticket with someone, he is Raymond, like me he is also a certified berry, to tell the truth, Strawberry had many fanboys compared to fangirls, of course, because they are beautiful, for sure many guys like me will fall in love on them if they don't fall, they are gays joke.

"You took up so long bro" Raymond went to the front seat and sat there. "Wear a seatbelt bro"

"You're the one that took so long, you didn't sleep aren't you?" -Raymond

"Yes bro, I'm just thinking if we could buy a ticket. Hahaha"

Raymond and I sang together with the song of Strawberry, even though we didn't know the lyrics, we still sang with it, because we were focused on the flow of the music.

MALL

We've just arrived on the time check, it's already 7 in the morning and the situation here at the mall is like we are getting stranded due to Typhoon Strawberry because there are so many people already.

"It looks like we were fighting in a war bro" I answered.

"Yes bro, we already arrived early, it looks like the others slept here outside the mall" -Raymond

Most of the people here are men, then some of here are boys and girls, it looks like I and Raymond are the only adults here. Not recently, I just saw a guy, I don't know if he is a mall staff or also a fanboy, he looks like a bouncer, his body is huge, and has a tattoo, just like Braun Strowman.

We waited for a long period, we stayed on the other side of the mall since the mall opened is 10 in the morning.

While waiting, we just sit beside a boy that been twinking his eyes, because we've got bored here even though we are listening to music. "You didn't sleep well last night aren't you?"

"Yes, I went here early just to buy a ticket" he answered.

Like him, I didn't sleep well last night too, that's why the reason I woke up late a while ago, because this is the first time they will hold a concert in the Philippines so we won't waste this opportunity, especially to us Berries.

After an hour, people in the mall had increased, not just to buy tickets, because the mall would be open soon and they went there to do mall stuff like shopping, eating at fast-food chains, going to the bathroom, and other stuff.

At 10 in the morning, it looked like there would be a stampede at the mall due to multiple persons going inside the mall, we went quickly to the ticket center.

Bad news, it looks like we're in the middle part of the line.

"What the, can we reach the end of the line?"

"You were so slow a while ago bro" Raymond just blamed me.

"We will make it, just trust yourself, I want to see Yeonjoo in person."

Not just in this mall are the ticket sales, there are many ticket sales in the entire mall in the Philippines, but we chose to buy here, this is the nearest place. We don't want to push ourselves to go to Manila, I heard there are many people, unlike here, I can't believe that Strawberry is very famous here.

And the line is moving, that mean the ticket selling is ongoing, or there is someone left on the line? I don't know.

"Bro, this it is, we will watch Strawberry live, woohoo" -Raymond

I earned the money just to buy the ticket, I bought a VIP ticket to see my baby loves in a good view, I've already got an ulcer because I didn't eat too much just to buy this ticket hahaha joke.

"We're getting closer bro, closer" I've already felt it, for sure there are ten people before me, and there it is.

After the tenth person. "Ma'am, one VIP..."

"Sorry, we're SOLD OUT!!"

"Really?" I don't know if this cashier is making fun of me.

"Yes sir, it's already sold out, we've already sold 300 tickets today"

"No...It can't be" I started to confuse. "Even the Gen Ad ticket is already sold out? I will go with the Gen Ad ma'am, please"

"I'm so sorry sir, it is already sold out"

I just facepalmed myself, why am I so unlucky? the moment you are next in line, it suddenly sold out? I just wasted my time earning money for months, how can I see Strawberry? How can I see Yeonjoo now?
