Conrad's POV
I left the doctor's office the next morning. She had done a quick cheek swab and Avery had texted Holly telling her when and where to take her daughter for the DNA test. I was still trying to wrap my head around everything and the fact that I might be a father. I knew that Avery needed this control over Holly to feel secure. It doesn't matter to seem how much I tell her; nothing will change with our relationship and that Holly will never come between us, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.
The doctor said once she got the other set of DNA it would only take two days to get back. She was going to rush it to see if they could get it done sooner, but I wasn't going to hold my breath. I decided that I needed to take Avery out tonight because things could drastically change fas
