Shadow of the Werebear King
Updated at Apr 18, 2024, 21:08
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be the last living relative of the strongest supernatural bloodline? Yeah, well I haven't. My name is Damon Oden and I, the eldest son of Ayame Radavier and Edon Oden, have officially faced reality. I have accepted my title as the crown prince of the Werebear Kingdom. I...will be its next king. It may not be what I wanted, but it's what I'm getting. "He's not worth the title. His mother is a wolf with wiccan blood!" "Dirty blood doesn't belong on the throne." "Throw him back to his pack. He may be the grandson of the most favored king in a millennium, but I will NOT bow down to that spawn." I wonder what they will say when they find out that my mate...is a rogue.... Find out what happens next in the finale of the Tri-Shifter Pack Series as Ayame's eldest son battles stereotypes and stigmas thought to be destroyed by the last regime. Happy Reading!!

Ayame Pierce is a twenty-year-old college student trapped in a nightmare. Forced to be a slave to the man she thought was the love of her life. Shortly after her mother's death, everything changed between them. He became a completely different person. Obsessive, cruel, and worst of all, her master. Tortured, ridiculed, and secluded from everything she knew and loved, all under the guise of her submissive tendencies. Or at least, that's what Richard Kingsley calls it. The excuse he gives every time he cracks the whip. Two years into her relationship, she finally finds a way out. Her 'boyfriend' has a business trip for three weeks. She must take the opportunity and run. Little did she know that when her journey ended, she will find herself as far north as her money will take her with a set of triplets to keep her warm as they eagerly push to mate the same woman. Her. Ayame is now thrusted into the life of a pack that may shun or embrace her and a world she had only fantasized about. A world full of wolves, dragons, elves, pixies and so many more. An oasis where the fantasies and myths of the humans are very much a reality. Will she find protection? Will she find acceptance? Will this little orphan find her true self in those who want to protect her? In those of the mystical supernatural? #WhoWillBeYourMates Contest #MoonTicket Contest #Vote# Books one (Their Mate, My Saviors chpts 1 - 107) and two (The Gamma's Devotion - chpts 108 - 141) COMPLETED!!

COMPLETED Now it's time for the kids to play! Fast forward about fifteen years from the Epilogue of the Origin, Tobias and Seth are twenty-two years old and ready for the impending fight their parents hid from them. After the Origins' fought against Zetheryn, there was an eerie calm where everyone thought all was well. Esa was married to Fallon, Jas was mated to Selvin, children were being born. However, they were very, very wrong. Stirring in the darkness was the epitome of one's nightmares. The Spirit of Darkness. He is strong, lethal, and pissed. The others killed his Origin, and he is out for revenge. Tobias and Seth are none the wiser of his impending reckoning, but there will be mates, scenarios, and challenges that will lead them straight to him. Will they be prepared when the time comes? Will they find a way to prove their worth to Esa and Fallon? Will love get in the way of their victory or fuel their hunger for revenge against the Spirit of Darkness? Only time will tell. Find out in the Second book: The Lycan King's Princes. See below for a clip of book two: ---POV Tobias--- “Find it! It’s mine! Mine!” He kept growling and I winced. I need this stupid ceremony to end. I have to get out of here. “Honey, what’s wrong?” My mother’s voice came through and I shot my eyes at her. “Your claws are out.” She cooed. I shook my head once. “Nothing.” That’s all I could get out as I tried to hold back my Lycan. I took a deep breath and forced my claws to recede, unfortunately, to no avail. “What are you hiding?” She asked playfully. Great. She already heard from Seth. They all did. I could see the smiles growing around me and I realized my worries were confirmed. D*mn that loudmouth! Once they finally crowned the King and Queen, I didn’t want to wait to see them walk off. I know this would be rude, but if I didn’t leave now, I would shift right here, in the middle of the coronation. I tried to stand and felt my brother’s grip pull me down. “Hang on, brother. You can do this. We all know it can be hard to ignore their scent.” I scoffed. “Hard?! I’m suffocating in roses at the moment.” I growled angrily. He sighed and we watched the happy couple walk down the aisle, slower than I thought possible. Aren't they vampires?! At this point, I knew my eyes were bright red and I couldn’t hold on any longer. I growled heavily as the door closed behind them and Seth shot up from the pew, letting me free. Gramma and Gramps were at my side in seconds along with my parents, but at this point, I didn’t see them anymore. I was gone in a blur. My mate…their scent. I waited so long for the stupid coronation to end and now the scent…it’s gone! I bolted through the castle and found nothing. I took a deep breath. It was like a game of Catch the Prey all over again. I smirked to myself as I stood half shifted in the hallway. Challenge accepted. “Mine! Where is she?!” Adir growled angrily. “Adir?! Where did you go?!” Seth called. Then I heard it. Pure laughter that sounded like the most sensual sound I have ever heard. “Adir! Tobias! Be careful!” My father called and I could tell it was his Lycan. I didn’t listen. I didn’t care. She could be a vampire, fae, dragon, werewolf, human, I don’t care. I want her! I bolted outside and looked toward the gardens attached to the main hall where the coronation was held. That’s how the scent disappeared so fast. “Tobias!” I heard again and this time it was definitely Seth coming after me. I sniffed around the air again as the scent led me towards my sister, Sonya, and one other woman that was with them. “Mine! Mine!” Adir shouted as I ran up to them, stopping in front of the petite goddess. She looked up at me in shock and her bright orange eyes looked over at my red ones. “Mate?” She whimpered as her cheeks blushed bright red. “Mine.” I growled, moving closer to her hoping my sense of resolve dissipated the question I heard in her voice. I pulled my claws back and forced my eyes to change back to their blue ones. I want to see her through my eyes, not Adir’s. She blinked and her orange eyes shifted back to soft green. She gasped and covered her subtly glossed lips. “T-Tobias?!” I tilted my head a bit and stared at her soft features lightly highlighted under a thin layer of makeup with lusciously long and curly golden-brown hair. I froze when I noticed her features were too familiar. ---------- Happy Reading!! :D (OH and just as an update, book three will be out soon :D)

Chained Wings
Updated at Jan 14, 2023, 16:55
COMPLETED ---POV Reslinda--- I picked it up and held it to my ear, allowing the phone to answer for me. "Hello?" I asked. “Hey girl, you already at school?” Faith, I sighed in relief and smiled, hearing her voice again. No phone means no friends for a week. Faith is a vampire and she is over one-hundred and thirty years old, give or take a few years, so that makes her around twenty-five years old in human years. Confusing, yes, but when you don't look anywhere near as old as you are, it makes more sense to have two different ages. One for those who just don't get it and your real age. I'm the same way. I'm approximately twenty-five years old in human years and well over one-hundred years old, if we were actually counting. My parents never went out of their way to care, but I know I'm at least that age because I have my wings and my powers have grown exponentially over the years. The Fae don't get their wings until they are at least fifty years old. I've had my wings for quite some time now. That and modern science and a finger prick can easily let me know how old I am. Either way, Faith has been my best friend ever since I came to this place and I am so happy that we found each other and are now roommates. Lima is my other roommate, but she is a gargoyle and has lived approximately fifty years and would be around twenty-three or twenty-four in human years. Yep, we are the oddest group of friends in this academy, but maybe that is a good thing. “Of course.” I said on the phone. She didn't need to tell me it was her. I knew by the tones in her voice. Just like in the human fairy tales - no pun intended - we are really in tune with different sounds of the musical variety, that and...amongst other things. “You know I cannot stay around my house for long. It doesn’t serve me well to get riled up over there.” “True. Are you going to head over to the cafe? My brother and I just got back. Sometimes I wish the Harvest Moon Festival would be longer than a week.” She wined. "I can't stand this place. I wish we didn't have to be here just because of our family name." I chuckled and pulled my last pair of pants out of my bag. Faith's family is the oldest family of vampires on record. Their father is the head of the elder council and the head ambassador for the vampire supernatural. But, to be honest, I've never met the guy. I don't know much about her family at all. All I know is her brother is the president of this place and makes it his personal mission to make our lives miserable because we enjoy a bit of...pranking here and there. “I wish it was shorter.” I mumbled. "Well, you don’t have to go to your place every holiday.” I laughed inwardly at her open invitation...that she gives every year. The kicker is, I don't go home every holiday. "My family throws the best parties for the Harvest Moon Festival. It sucked that the Rogue Family couldn't be here this time around, but get this, Ayden Rogue got married. Can you believe it?!" Faith shouted. I thought about the person for a moment, then my eyes grew. "Ayden Rogue, next Head of the Werewolf council and King of the Western Territory, that Ayden Rogue?!" I shouted. "Yes! That's what I said. I guess it hasn't made it to the Fae kingdom." She said sullenly. "Tim actually went to the wedding with the Hybrid Royal Family. My brother went for our family. He really didn't want to make a big deal out of it. He didn't even bring a date. I told him he's gonna have to try harder. The aloof and icy personality won't be hot forever, you know?" I snorted, trying to hold back a laugh. "Oh, I know. But we both know there is no way he would even bother with all of that." "Yeah, I guess so. He's more preoccupied with making our lives miserable." I giggled along with her. Sometimes I think she can read my mind. "But seriously though. Please don't force yourself to go home if you don't have to." There goes that momma bear tone of hers. Always protecting me. “You know those are the rules. They want to make sure I’ve kept my end of the bargain.I've avoided them since I enrolled here, I can't do that forever.” I started. “Becoming a more refined young lady.” We said mockingly together in my mother’s nasally tone. “Come on Res, don’t always let your family bring you down. I’ll be there for you, no matter what. Love you lots. See yah in a few.” Faith said happily. “I won’t, I promise.” I smiled even though she couldn’t see me. "Okay, I'll hold you to it. Byeeeeee." She called before we both hung up the phone. I plopped onto my bed and let my phone fall out of my hands, plopping on the pillow. - Will she succeed? Will her save haven turn out to be her hell on earth? Read on to decide. Happy Reading!!

Into the Spirit
Updated at Nov 28, 2022, 18:55
COMPLETED ---POV: Ayden--- Her petite body walked in front of me while my wolf kept shouting at me. That white pant suit was doing nothing to calm him down. It was flawless, just like her. Especially with that motherly instinct both my wolf and I noticed immediately. “Mine!” I sighed and she tilted her head noticing my irritation. I hope she doesn’t think it was geared towards her. “Yes, I heard. Thank you.” I responded calmly. I can't have him worked up any more than he already is. He growled in my mind and snapped at me. “Take her then!” I snapped back quick fast and in a hurry. “PATIENCE!” My stern voice cut through and I heard the whimper. Jumping all over her won’t solve our problem. This will be a very interesting pairing and I’m not too sure in which way. I wanted her…yes…but I cannot just take her, and my wolf will not get the upper hand on this. The humans are in control, not the other way around. It wasn’t like when Mya and Mason found each other. They had no…previous baggage stopping them from pouncing on each other in the middle of the barbeque my family threw not too long ago. Terra and I, however, are a completely different saga of novels. She is already ten feet out the door and I have to coax her back to comfort. Back to me. I sat down in my dark brown leather chair and ushered for her to do the same in the black cushioned office chairs facing my desk. She shifted Lily a bit before sitting down and my daughter decided it would be fun to jump up and spin around so she could look at me and dangle her little feet over Terra’s knees. My office was a bit more modest than one would think. I didn’t like a lot of stuff. I had a simple deep red textile carpet and windows on three out of the four walls. On the one wall that didn’t let in light, I had floor to ceiling bookshelves installed to house research from all my projects and mergers along with reference materials I think will be useful to me while I do research on different companies and possible ventures for RI. I like darker colors because the room has so much light, and it contrasted nicely. “Hey, Little Cub.” Terra smiled at Lily and pinched her cheek. That instigated a giggle out of my Lil’. Seeing Lily happy made me want to put a ring on her immediately, but I can’t until she talks to me. Mating is consensual. Until I get something out of her, I’ll just enjoy the warmth she shows for my daughter now and not worry about what is to come later. “Lily, can you please wait with Bryce? He can go get you some ice cream.” Ugh, this sounded like I was about to conduct a business deal. Not talk to my mate. Lily turned into Terra’s bosom and started pouting. She never says no to ice cream. I guess the lure wasn’t going to work this time. Not with Terra in the room. She made that very clear last night. Terra is more important than anything. --------------------------- Running was all she was good at. Terra Glenn never stayed in one place for long in fear that those who have hunted her will come back for more. Fear that if she stays around someone for too long, those same demons will come back and hurt them to get to her. Her wolf is valuable and possesses power other wolves only dream about. She is dangerous to her enemies as well as priceless to those who crave to control her. Ayden Rogue is the definition of power. Running the Head Family Pack of the Western Region and a multi-billion-dollar corporation. When the two meet, they were not prepared for what was in store. They were not prepared to be mates and they were NOT prepared to have no choice, but to face their demons if they wanted to move forward in their lives. Will they grow to know and love each other, or will their pasts consume them?

The Origin
Updated at Sep 6, 2022, 12:11
COMPLETED “MATE!” I heard in between my ears from my normally extremely quiet wolf. I looked around confused and Lydia growled happily. “MATE!” She shouted again. I cleared my throat, trying not to get my hopes up and chuckled. She must be playing a trick on me. Mate? Please. I'm 27 years old and never caught a whiff of the guy. It’s been almost ten years since I became of age, and I haven’t necessarily been a hermit that whole time. I’ve traveled the world and no sign of them. Yeah, what are the odds? “You want to hear something funny, uncle?” He turned and laughed at me as we walked down the stairs. When we reached the marble floor my heels clacked against the tiles. “What's up, little Alpha?” He asked pinching my cheek slightly. He was almost 7'4, but when he called me that nickname, it was a form of endearment that he picked up from my father a long time ago. Probably before they realized I had stopped growing. So, I let it pass. Now that my father is gone, Johnny’s the only one left that can call me that. I chuckled again. “Lydia thinks we have found our mate. Ridiculous, right?” I looked down at the hem of my dress to make sure it made it along with me. I wasn't really used to wearing this much of an outfit. It's a lot. That and either way, I'm the Origin Shifter. I already looked through all the books the Origin Witch gave me, and it already said not one Origin Shifter has ever found their mate, except for the Original. While Drac – I still cannot believe I call him behind his back that after all these years – and the Origin Witch both have life partners. Oh well. I guess it just wasn't in the cards. It just would be nice if Lydia would stop adding salt in the wound and screaming ‘Mate!’ every seven seconds. “Uh...Esa...” I smiled and looked up from my fidgeting and ignored my self-pity to look over at Johnny. “Yeah, What's up?” “I…uh…don't think it's ridiculous.” Why was he so fidgety? I tilted my head confused again before a rush of an intoxicating scent overwhelmed me. The smell of fresh rain in a redwood forest. I turned in shock and I could feel my face redden as a Lycan approached my uncle and me. I gasped, feeling the sheer dominance radiating over his chiseled muscles restrained underneath that rather perfect dark grey suit and black button up. His polished black dress shoes slammed against the floor with authority and everything in my soul wanted me to run to him, but my human half clenched hold of my uncle’s arm in sheer fear. Once we finally stood face to face, I felt Johnny wrench his arm away from me and bow on one knee with his fist clenched and pressing into the floor. He rested his other arm on the other side of his upright knee and looked down at the ground. “King Lycan.” “K-King?” I whispered more inaudible than I thought was possible. He growled deeply and the room fell silent. Even a couple other people were kneeling now…well…everyone was kneeling now, but I couldn’t move from my spot. Why couldn’t I move? He breathed heavily and looked over my flushed cheeks with those royal blue orbs increasing my body heat the longer they assessed me. I, an Alpha, froze in fear. “MINE!” Bellowed throughout the room and I, Eliesa McRylan, shook in my heels. ---------- Eliesa is a young woman growing into her power. She is training and fighting hard with all of her warriors to save herself from the demons that are after her and the world that can sometimes...well...most of the time...fight against her and her pack's happiness. When she finds her mate, Fallon, she wasn't expecting to have a mate, let alone the King Lycan. Will she be able to maintain her power in the world while creating a relationship and keeping her and her warriors safe? Read on to find out.... ---------- Hello Lovely People! This is the author! Thank you all for reading my first book on Dreame. I have completed and edited all the chapters for this book. Happy reading :D
