Lottery Arena Genesis
Updated at Jun 5, 2022, 09:17
They said they’d keep us safe; that we would be protected and looked after. The Alpha and The Commander of my pack had a very different idea of what keeping us safe looked like. I’d been taken from my beloved brother, the only family I had left after the fallout of the human’s war. I was just one of fifty-two shewolves that had been rounded up against our will and placed in the barracks. The males stripped us bare, inspected us and now they controlled every aspect of our lives… including who our mates would be. My name is Sky McKenna, and I’m being hunted by The Alpha’s son, Haze. The Lottery Arena seems to have a way of changing wolves. I may not make it out of here without being claimed by Haze, but I’m going to make it out of here as “me”... of that much I’m sure. A short story prequel to Lottery Arena: Escaping my Mate (Completed)

Lottery Arena: Escaping my Mate
Updated at Nov 28, 2021, 18:18
My name is Amaris, and this is my third and final year in the lottery arena. Male wolves are drawn at random every year for a chance to capture and claim a rare shewolf in the arena. They outnumber us 10 to 1. My wolf, Annukka and I have evaded capture the two previous years. If we can make it out of this last lottery without being claimed by a male wolf, we'll win our freedom. Seven days. That’s all that separates us from the outside. And if things weren’t complicated enough, I’ve met my fated mate. He’s been selected for this year’s lottery arena. Completed

The Trinity
Updated at Jul 29, 2021, 20:04
Is she the hero, or will she be their downfall? Shifter numbers have been declining for years, as their tribes live in isolation scattered around the world. The council blames The Trinity’s existence and seeks to destroy Noa and her three mates. Can the four of them find each other and form an unbreakable bond in time to save themselves and the future of their kind? If Noa can embrace her true purpose she might be able to prevent it from consuming her. “Tsk. Tsk.” I said to Avery, repeating what he had told me before. “The Trinity would like a word with you.” I said in a sing-song manner. There was screaming all around now, I could see people scattering and yelling through the small window in the door. The sparks above me had erupted into a small flame. I lifted my arm up and pulled a flame directly into my hand. This was… new. But I inherently knew I could control it now. The same way I always knew I could move the other elements. I watched the flame dance on the surface of my skin just for a moment. The winds and rain were still roaring wildly and the floor and walls were seconds from giving way. I smiled at Avery. “Looks like you’ve got a front row seat to the show. Isn’t that what you wanted?” I asked him. *Completed
