Afiwa is all set to start JSS3 despite the setbacks of last term *cough* *cough* her parents divorce. Unfortunately this term has more than just school work in store for her. After a cryptic warning from her resident therapist/diviner, a gruesome string of murders follow. No one is safe. The police are looking for a serial killer. But what if the killer isn't just one person. And what if the killer isn't a person, what if the killer is something from the other side.

Lolonyo has been shackled for aeons in a coffin, and one day by chance she was freed. But the world she once ruled with her sisters is gone. And new gods now rule this new world. Not only that but her sisters are missing. As a war is on the cusp of breaking out, a new threat arises, as ancient as their father. Lolonyo has to gather and save her sisters or watch their wold burn.

Through a series of spontaneous events, three teens will discover the world that interlaps with theirs. What creatures lie in the dark in their quaint suburban town and are they responsible for the gruesome string of murders?
