Dianna POV "Yes, I did it," I exclaimed, clapping my hands like a five-year-old child. In just 50 seconds, I smash my personal record for constructing fire rings. "Whoo, you did it Dianna," said my father Joseph, proudly patting my arms and marvelling at my fire rings. He is merely my coach and mentor. Behind the four walls of our mansion, I was taught everything. "Now, you should rest for a while, daughter," he said, ruffling my hair and flying to the mansion's entrance. Yes, I can fly since I am also a fairy. I'm a vampire-fairy crossbreed. My parents, on the other hand, are full-blooded vampires. Because I'm different from them, I have a lot of questions. Is it true that I am their daughter? "Dianna, you achieved your objective today. I am overjoyed for you "Mom kissed my cheek, interrupting my thought. Their feelings for me are greater than anything else. "Yes, mom, I finished it," I said, grinning. We strolled over to the living room. Mom sat on Dad's lap as he took a seat on the sofa. Their love for one other was intense, and everyone aspired to be like them. "As you finished your assignment, we bought some gifts for you," Dad grinned. They would give me gifts as I increased my strength. "I don't want gifts, Mom and Dad; I just want to get out of the mansion," I murmured. Mom said, "No, you can't go out." "But why mom?" I inquired, hoping that they would respond to my inquiry today. To calm mum, dad massages her cheek. Her eyes are filled with sorrow and fear. "I'm sorry, Dianna, but please try to understand us," Dad replied, his face mournful. The sound of my two best friends, Charlotte and Lucy, arguing interrupted our talk. "You can't stop me Lucy, I'm going there," Charlotte grumbled. Lucy hugged me with a soft shrug of her shoulders. They sensed the tension in the room and gave me a sympathetic glance. Lucy donned a short skirt with a crop top, while Charlotte wore her usual black pants and t-shirt. I went into my room with my friends and sighed heavily. Lucy inquired, "What was going on there?" "I want to leave the mansion," I said as I sat on the bed, frowning. She exclaimed, "I have an idea!" Charlotte and I both raise our brows, puzzled. Lucy is the naughtiest of the three of us; she is the daughter of Mr. Alex, a friend of Dad's. Charlotte is the daughter of Mrs. Eva, a friend of Mom's. We were childhood closest friends, but they were educated at the Crepuscule College and allowed to explore the realm at will. I've never left the mansion, however. I questioned her, "What notion are you talking about?" She pointed her index finger outside the window as she glanced out. I and Charlotte stood next to her as we watched my mother and father leave the mansion. "They're about to depart. Also, before they return, we can go. We shall, however, return ", she said with a smirk. We excitedly clapped our hands and leapt from the window. The mansion's gate was large and fenced with silver. The mansion was guarded by an aunt vixena magic enchantment. I sighed hard, "It's not that easy to cross this fence." She retrieved the keys from her pants pocket and opened the mansion's gate. As the gate opened, my jaw dropped. "How did you do it?" I inquired, intrigued. She took my hand in hers and walked out of the mansion. With fear, my heart palpilates faster. On the other hand, a smile crept across my lips. When you get something you've wanted for a long time and finally get it. "When I visited Aunt Vixen yesterday, I took this miraculous key from her cupboard," she shrugged. "It's incorrect. You should not have taken it ", I said with a grimace. She rolled her eyes and remarked, "I'll return it when you run with us," as she hopped to the opposite corner of the tree. I and Charolette exchanged a nod and began sprinting. We were instantly immersed in the deep jungle. Our faces were being slapped by the wind. Because we're vampires, it's quite easy for us to travel thousands of miles in a matter of seconds. We came to a halt beside the forest's pond. "It's so gorgeous," I said as I took in the scene of the natural world. "That's why we brought you here," Lucy said, a smile on her face. I smiled back and thanked her for bringing me here. "I wish we could go to Crepuscule's new college together," Charolette stated as she sat next to me. I groaned and said, "I desire that too." I truly want to go that college, but my parents have already stated that they will only train me. When we heard foodsteps approaching us, my thoughts came to a standstill. We quickly became aware of our surroundings and awaited clear visibility. "You are different," a thick dry voice murmured in a flash as I felt a fanning breath on my neck. My spine tingles as I hear the voice. This was the first time I met someone I didn't know. He sniffed again and moved closer to the pond, saying, "He will be delighted to have you." His words gave me shivers. But I don't have to be a coward and fight for our survival. Lucy and Charlotte drew my attention. They were both terrified of the man with the dark features and the cut on his face. Despite the fact that he is a vampire, he gave off a bad aura. I said through the mind link to them, "With a count of three, I'll hold you both and we'll fly back to the mansion." He was supposed to turn toward us at this point. Lucy and Charolette signalled me fast as I transformed from vampire to fairy, counting in our heads. Yes, I am also a fairy. My wings spread out and my body transforms into a featherweight. As we fly across the sky, my companions cling to me fiercely. We notice the vampire below, who appears enraged that we eluded him and perplexed as to how three vampires could be in the sky. We exhaled a sigh of relief and urged my friends not to tell my parents about the incident. We returned to our mansion gate an hour later. I heard an angry voice cry from behind me as we stepped on the ground, "Dianna."
