the love

?Love is basis of our existence

I am not talking about the kind of love shown in movies, written in novels.

Love i see as emotion that makes our mind feel/sense the "soul" within.

When we are in resonance with ourselves... with our existence...we are in love.

External world then is a play ground, a lab, a video game..for us to see in how many ways we can experience this love within us.

Every challenging experience taught me that i should work on compassion and empathy...so that both me and the other can coexist in harmony.

?Many people might seem silent outside, yet they are not peaceful within, fight many silent battles with others. Body health reflects that, which eventually affects mental and emotional health too.?

With aging, with time, this gets more and more pronounced.

Hence i always say i am always curious to see how each person is aging with time.

I like to know those "young at heart" better.

When I see 70+ year olds laughing with abandon, my heart fills up with joy.

It is sad to see people who turn sour and bitter with age. Their minds are judgemental and closed off.

Just like young kids need right kind of love and attention, people who age need life that honors their dignity.

This is something we each have to work on ourselves all the time - to claim a life that is Sovereign, and soul nourishing.
