Aching to be yours

But it still made no sense to her. How could one like her be matched with someone like him? Being an alpha was a huge responsibility in the werewolf community and how could an alpha just pick someone that is meant to be his enemy? It was unheard of. It was an abomination. It was not natural. Warm hands started to slowly move from her cheek, trailing finger tips down her jaw, neck and collarbone, aiming for the tightly wrapped towel. It was the touch that pulled Elanor out of her thoughts. She broke the kiss immediately, a low growl rising from her throat, her eyes pinning him down. “If you dare touch me now, I will never let you set hands on me ever again. Mate or not, I still have my free will!” her words were sharp and if looks could kill, he would have been in danger in this moment. A smirk was drawn on the male’s face, his hands pulling back slowly, his face moving away from hers and taking a step backwards slowly in defeat. Aeolian knew he could overpower her easily, force himself on her, with not too many consequences. She could not reject him as her mate, for she had no power to do so. But he respected her wish even if it pained him to do so. Seeing him back away, Ela could feel her muscles relax ever so slightly, her back straightening a little as she tried to regain a normal posture. Her eyes left his face and moved down his body, only now realising he was soaking wet, but her mind chose to process something else. He was massive, he had the body of an athlete, with broad shoulders and torso, large and strong thighs and legs, his waist straight ending with slightly wide hips. She had to admit he was handsome. Very handsome. Noticing she was staring for too long she cursed herself mentally. She could feel the tug, the call her heart had towards him, but it made her even more terrified. She had no right, no power to deny him and for some reasons he seemed to not want to reject her as his mate either. The bond was there, strong and unbreakable. As she busied herself with trying to find something to wear, Aeolian retook his stance beside the window sill again, his hands resting on it, as he watched her. His head leaned to the side and a strand of hair fallen on his forehead, in the dim light of the room he looked like a statue with clothes hugging his figure tightly Do you think she wants us? She has no wolf to guide her. The voice of the uneasy wolf echoed in his mind. It was a fair question, that he had no answer to right now. She did not flee, she did not attack him and to his surprise she did not slap him when he dared to kiss her. There was sure an instinct guiding her towards this, since vampires had mates as well. Vampires had a similar bond to their mates as werewolves did. His mind tried to find a*********s from his clan that ever talked about a vampire mate for someone like him, but there was none. Aeolians attention was pulled to the driveway of the house, when a yellow taxi cab pulled in and the door opened to reveal a very worried Laura. The man turned his face to Elanor with a soft sigh. He did not want to stay and he was sure Ela did not want anyone to know he was here. Even if it was her best friend. He made his way towards her his hand touching her shoulder gently guiding her to turn to face him. Sparks buzzed under both of their skin, as they made contact again, sending his heart into an unsteady beat. The woman’s instinct was to pull away when she felt the touch, but at the electrifying buzz she almost purred. With eyes half closed and her will shaggy, her head met his chest, resting there for a few moments, enjoying the heat his body radiated. For this time, it did not matter who he was, what he was and the differences they had. It only mattered he was there and he was holding her. The man was taken by surprised when he found her willing to embrace him. With no hesitation his arms wrapped around her gently and lips pressed a soft kiss on top of her damp hair. “You are safe.” The words came as a whisper. Elanor huffed lightly as she broke their embrace, pulling away from him as if woken from a short daydream. It almost hurt to part from him. She did not look at him again, unsure if she wanted him to leave or stay, grabbed her clothes and walked into the bathroom to dress up. Aeolian watched her walk away, uneasy and a little hurt. Somehow he could tell that if she had the power, she would have rejected him on the spot, and that hurt. It pained him to know he was not wanted, but a soft voice in his mind reassured him it was a little different than what he thought it was. She was afraid, terrified even, that he would be the end of her. If she would have been anything but a vampire, she would given in without a second thought. With dry clothes on, Elanor walked out of the bathroom. Her heart sank when in the bedroom she found Laura patiently waiting, not the dark haired man from earlier. When she met her friends gaze, she immediately looked away. Laura nodded her head lightly. She understood there was no point on trying to make Ela talk, for she did not want to open herself up and she respected that, so there was nothing to be said. A few hours later, after the sun had set, Elanor found herself once again alone, cuddled up on her bed, a pillow in her arms and a blanket wrapped tightly around her body. Her eyes were closed, the lights were shut. Her mind was drifting from thought to thought, trying to understand what was happening around and inside her. She was slowly starting to come to terms that her mate was a werewolf. She was slowly agreeing with the idea of their bond. But there was fear, deeply rooted into her mind and heart, fear about dying at the hands of his kind. The fear of breaking ancient rules, the fear of being considered a monster and an abomination. Even the fear of him eventually rejecting her because of her nature. The trail of thoughts was cut when she heard a loud thud on the balcony of her bedroom. She did not have to open her eyes to know what was happening. He was there and she could feel it in her whole being. Her whole body told her to run while it also ached for him. The door of the balcony opened and the man stepped inside cautiously. Since she had no wolf, he could not mind link with her. He had no idea what she was thinking. Once inside the bedroom, her intoxicating scent had wrapped around his mind and senses tightly. His pupils turned black as he approached the bed, his mouth salivating and his body tensed. When her eyes opened, she found him crawling in her bed slowly and a little unsure. Their eyes met in the darkness and to his surprise she did not pull away. She remained there, patiently waiting to see what he wanted to do. Does she hate us? The inner wolf cried as Aeolian hesitated to approach her. There is only one way to find out. The man replied to his aching wolf. In the next moment, Elanor found herself pinned on the bed, trapped in her own comfortable blanket cocoon, with his massive figure above, his face inches away from hers. A cold shiver run down her spine, when his mouth opened and she noticed his white teeth, his tongue flicking over the pointy canines as if he was about to enjoy a meal. Their lips met. Hesitant at first but immediately gaining confidence when she did not protest, Aeolian melted into a passionate kiss, lowering his body over hers. Elanor returned the kiss without any restrained. Her eyes fluttered close the moment her plump lips met his rough and bitten ones. With every tongue flicker, sparks were flying through their bodies, drawing them closer and closer, to the point where Elanor started to struggle to break free from the cozy blanket trap she made for herself, only to reach her hands up and tangle her fingers in his black locks. It gave him power. His lips pulled away, breaking the kiss, but making their way down her jaw to her neck, peppering her skin with kisses. So close, her skin smelled as moss mixed with ripe apricots. It left his mouth water for more. More or her. Elanor could feel his teeth grazing her skin, his lips moving down towards her collar bone, his hand shamelessly slipping under her shirt. Should she have worn something better? Her mind drifted to think of a better outfit, but it did not matter now and she understood that, when his hand found her breast and cupped it over her lace bralette. Air escaped her lungs in a hitched breath. He could not stop now. He had little control over his desire right now and if he left this place without marking her again, he feared it would drive him crazy. Fingers slipped under the lace to cup her bare breast as his lips continued to trail kisses down towards her chest. Her legs wrapped around his waist, and that gave him the opportunity to slide his other arm under her back, and sit up, pulling her in his lap in a single brief second. Hazy and amused, Elanor gave him a playful smile, her face now at the same level as his. Even if so close, he did not have the patience to look at her, his hands finding the hem of her shirt and pulling it over her head in an instant, tossing it away on the floor. Hungry lips found her skin again, hands resting on her back to support her as he leaned her backwards, to give himself more access to her chest. Teeth met the strap of her bralette and pulled it off her shoulder, revealing one of her breasts. Kisses turned into small bites as they made their way to the perky rosy n****e, lips cupping it and tongue starting to flick on it slowly. Her reaction, a guttural moan, made him even harder, aching for her. Aching to mark her and claim her as his own. Without too much thought, clothes fell on the floor one by one until they found themselves bare and with no other mask on. As huge and impatient Aeolian was as a person, he did his best to have patience and be soft with her. To actually show her, she was safe with him. On her back, fully naked and bare under his hungry eyes, Elanor had the urge to cover herself and hide, but the instant she tried to do so, his hands grabbed hers and pinned them on the bed, as his lips continued to search her body. As he went lower, he could feel her arousal even more, playing with his mind, messing with his control over his own desires and lust. Kisses stopped on her inner thighs, nose pressed onto her flesh as he took a few moments to calm his inner wolf that had little to no patience in this moment. Mark her! Mark her! Claim her! Loud howls echoed in his mind. Yet he did not. He wanted to savor this a little more. Even if it drove him crazy and made him ache from his very core.
