The Alpha's Abused Daughter

Rowena "Rowena, sit down. Daddy is making you a plate," Mama said. I continued playing tag with my older brother, Zane, until daddy placed a small plate of food on the table. I sat in my seat and picked up my fork. As I ate my meal, I listened to mama discuss an event the Alpha's maids mentioned the day before when they weren't aware of mama's presence. Being only six, none of it particularly interested me, but I listened nonetheless. Zane was a few years older and didn’t attempt to seem intrigued by the adult gossip. I screamed, startled, as a wolf slammed open our front door, ramming the knob against the wall. Daddy pushed us behind him and mama. "Zane, protect your sister," He said before they transformed. Mama became a white wolf with black stars on her left side, while Daddy was black with small white stripes along each shoulder. Both sets of eyes shone golden, though Mama’s were speckled with green. They lunged at the wolf as Zane grabbed me. He backed away and out of sight into our dooryard. The violent snarls and yelps assaulted them as they grappled beyond my vision. "Mama, Daddy!" I yelled. I kept crying for them, wanting them to come back. Tears continued trailing down my cheeks. I broke away and ran to the door when I heard my mother yelp. Before Zane could pull me away, I saw nine unfamiliar wolves. Three of them lay dead as mama and daddy fought the remainder. I couldn't tell whose blood covered my parents, but it was easy to see they were losing the fight. They both appeared to be exhausted. A spot on my forehead began to heat just as one of the wolves turned and noticed me. His eyes trailed over my face before he charged at me. Mama noticed him moving toward me and dove for him, grasping his throat between her open jaws and bringing her teeth together in a sickening crunch. He fell to the ground in a heap of fur. I didn't see a wolf sneaking up on mama until she was laying in front of me, naked and lifeless. My tears flowed as I screamed. Zane transformed into his wolf. While our parents’ forms stood taller than six feet when on their hind legs, because he was only a child, Zane’s size was nearly halved. Even so, his transformation allowed him to grab hold of my shirt and toss me to his back with ease. I gripped his fur between my fingers as he carried me away in the direction of the territory.. As I peeked behind us, my eyes widened as the final wolves rushed daddy. I closed my lids and imagined lightning hitting the remaining wolves. After that, everything went dark. I woke up in a cell to an object hitting my skin, ripping open my flesh. My little arms and legs were strung up with chains. A scream ripped through my throat, turning it hoarse. "Everything is your fault, trash!" I heard a voice taunt before I felt the burning on my back again. I screamed once more as pain zinged through my small frame. I could feel a stirring deep inside my mind. "You should have died with your filthy parents!" The voice said. I heard a cracking sound behind me before the whip went through the flesh on my back. A scream once again tore through my body. Tears soaked my face like they had when I watched my parents die. ‘Someone, please, save me…’ That was my last thought before the snapping sound repeated through me until I fainted once more, this time from the pain.
