Star and her Alpha

I felt it! The pain, this ache that spread throughout my body. The pain got closer as It pulled me closer to the door. I can hear the sounds of his moaning and it excited me, but then another unknown moan appeared and the fear, hurt, and betrayal takes over. I slowly open the door. As my eyes shifted from the scattered clothes on the floor to the bed that is swagging back and forth. My heart sank and more pain took over. As I open the door more I can see her bare sweating back as she rode on top of him. I saw as his hands massaged her perky breast as they moved in sync with each other. I didn't even realize that I was walking toward them. I had to get a better view of their face. I have to confirm my fear. As I got closer I could see his face. My mates face so focus as he thrusted himself into her. I couldn't take it anymore I walked closer and grabbed the girl by the hair and threw her to the floor. We wrestle around before I was on top of her beating her. Both of their eyes in shock. Rage took over the pain I had. I don't know how long I hit her, but when my mate pulled me off is when I turned around and sucker-punched him in the jaw. I hadn't known that I was crying the whole time. I screamed, "how could you do this to me! Your my mate and you're my best friend!" His eyes showed regret as he tried to reach out to me and say sorry. I pulled away yelling "Don't touch me!" He just looked down and as the words flew from his mouth my heart broke into pieces. Flashback My name is Star, I'm the future Luna of the Blue Moon Pack. My brother is Future Alpha of the Red Moon Pack so he is filling in for me till I am prepared and when my mate turned 18. My parents died a year ago when a raid of rouges attacked our once big pack. The devastation was so bad we decided to move to the borders of the Red Moon Pack. They allowed that to happen since my brother Shane found his mate the daughter of the Alpha and Luna of Red Moon Pack. So instead of combining my brother figured I should rule my own land. I had been training since I was a kid and now that I came of age to find my mate I was so happy. On my 18th birthday, I didn't smell his sweet mint chocolate smell till I reached school. When I ran closer I realized that my mate was childhood best friend Brandon (Brandon Highstrong). We were happy, but he wasn't 18 yet so he wouldn't know the feelings I was going through till he turned. I have never been so happy. Brandon, myself, and my best friend Chrissy (Christina Heavenly) have been friends since childhood, and when I lost my parents and had to train to take over my mother's job. I wasn't able to spend time with them. 10 months of making out, sharing secrets, dreams, and learning about each other that mostly we didn't know. How did it come to this? I already lost so much. Flashback ends Brandon looked down at the ground and started to tell me why he and Chrissy betrayed me. Anger grew as he spoke each word they were like daggers covered with lemon and salt going into my open wounds.  Brandon said "I am sorry Star, you weren't around anymore, you were always training, and never had time for us. You missed so many movies and dinners that Chrissy and I just did without you. We got to know each other and well things just happened. I started to fall in love with her." Those words made me drop to the ground and the look upon my face scared Brandon that all I could hear was him repeating my name over and over. The look of terror in my eyes scared him so badly that he was shaking me to snap out of it. It wasn't until I heard her voice that I came to. "Star stop we're sorry it just happened. Can't you just be happy for us and move on. We're in love" Chrissy said as she wobbled to stand up covering herself walking to his side. Still covered in blood. When she spoke those words It woke me from my trance and I looked at them with anger. "You know what I Star Future Luna of the Blue Moon Pack reject you Brandon Highstrong future Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack. You are never to be an Alpha of this pack I also relinquish your beta rights to this pack". The look in their eyes grew big as the words flew from my mouth.  "Please Don't Star, it was a mistake, It won't happen again. She means nothing" cried Brandon and he begged! Chrissy said "You liar you were saying you never wanted to be her mate and that you would reject her once you became Alpha and I would become your Luna. You said you didn't believe that she was ever your mate because the connection from you to her was never there!" More pain hit as she said those words. He stopped begging after she said it. A whispering voice came from my mouth "of course you wouldn't feel the bond yet you're not of age, but I felt everything. I felt the pain every time you touched her, kissed her, and f****ed her. You don't know the pain that I feel and now you will never know what the bond of a mate means to me. So after today you both will move into the lower ranking house and be placed as watching over the pups of the pack. I hope you too will be happy!" As I walked away both were frozen, I walked to my room at the end of the hall and shut my door. The pain took over. My body was breaking because the bond was broken. I fell to the floor crying, screaming in pain as each of our bonds and memories broke. They lied, they hurt me, they both stabbed me in the back, and yet I let you both off easy. They should have been banished out of the pack, but because he was the son of the Former Betas I couldn't do that to them. As I made my way to the bed sleep took me and I just wanted to die right there like most rejected mates would do die or turn rouge.  I thought for a moment that I had died. I was in a forest with beautiful flowers and fruit everywhere. It was green like I was in Heaven. "Hello, my child a sweet voice called to me" I turned and when my eyes met with hers I did what others must have done. I fell to my knees in tears. She was beautiful her very blonde long wavy hair that shined and her pale skin, the deep bright blue eyes that pulled you in. She said smiling "rise my child" I did as soon as she spoke. "That is what you must do rise from the ashes," she said as she looked into my crying eyes.  "How can I, my Goddess, they broke me, my best friend and my mate betrayed me they don't understand the pain they caused me" I cried to her.  "Yes your right they don't know yet what a bond means to them but they will soon. They will regret it when the time comes, but for now my child you are given another chance to find a mate. I'm sorry I failed you before. This time I won't. You need to rise from the burning ashes and become the Luna you need to be. Yet ahead of you  there you will see pain, and yet you will see those who would do anything for you, every choice you make will decide your fate child. You can rise and become more or you can go into a deep sleep and die from a broken heart. What is your choice?" The Goddess says as she reached out her hand to me. I hesitated for a second but reach out to her as light surrounded me covering me I can feel a burning light inside of me and then before she disappeared she said "you will be given a gift for my failure, but only time will tell when you will find out what it will be."  As the light brightens and then goes out I wake up to light shining through my darkroom. The pain from last night was gone and I felt like a new wolf. As I got showered and dressed I walked to my door wondering what life was given to me by the Goddess. As I open I wasn't sure how to deal with it.
