** ZOEY’S POV **

I went to the second class which was chemistry. Leah sat with James while I sat with Zane. Mr. Donavon was pairing the lab partners and I thought I was gonna get paired with Zane like before but the name Mr. Donavon called out was the name of the person I didn’t even wanna look at ‘Ryder Jenkins’. Neither of us was willing to move from our places so neither of us got up but then “Ms. Collins sit next to Ryder common I gotta start the class.”

I folded my hands over my chest “Mr. Donavon I don’t wanna be paired with that numbskull of all. You gotta change the partner if you want me to attend your class”

Mr. Donavon glared at me through his glasses “Ms. Collins either you sit next to Ryder or go to the principal’s office now.”

Cussing under my breath I grudgingly got out of my seat and sat next to this bonehead who was giving death glares to me and hissed out under his breath “Don’t you ever f*****g call me names Collins”

I snorted with an evil smirk gracing my lips “It’s my mouth so I am gonna call you whatever names I feel like calling bonehead.”

He looked at me with so much rage “Watch your mouth b***h you don’t wanna see what I can do”

I averted my gaze from him letting him know that this conversation is over “Don’t go throwing empty threats at me numbskull. I am not like your little girlfriend who is gonna crawl into her daddy’s lap for help” I warned giving him a middle finger under the table.

We were talking in the lowest tone possible so as to not get the attention of the class but nothing slips past Mr. Donavon “Enough you two. Shut it or I am gonna have to call your parents.”

I rolled my eyes and lowered them to my books not wanting to piss the teacher off more.

Once the class was over I got up to go to the cafeteria when Ryder stopped me “She will join you later now MOVE.” He barked at my friends, not wanting my friends to be treated like this I nod at them to let them know that it’s ok.

Folding my hands over my chest “What do you want Ryder?”

He got up inching closer to me pointing his finger at me “You better stop calling me names and fighting with me for no reason Collins I am dead serious. Just cause I am being easy on you don’t f*****g mess with me.”

I snorted gripping his finger that he was pointing at me and bent it backward “Ryder you or your friends mess with me don’t expect me to back off without standing up for myself or my friends. So if you want me to stop calling you names or fighting with you then you and your friends better back off and tone down your bullying a notch.”

With an evil smirk he bent down to my level ‘being 5’4 and skinny doesn’t really help when you face a guy who is 6ft tall’ “For a scrawny little girl, you are quite spiteful and by the way if my friends are insulted I will come into the picture whether you like it or not.”

“f**k off! As I told you before I will f*****g stand up for myself if anyone messes with me and didn’t anyone tell you ‘you should never judge a book by its cover’.” I mocked a look of surprise like I just remembered something “Oh wait I forgot you are stupid to even understand what I said, bonehead.”

Pushing me harder against the wall by gripping my shoulders “DON’T f*****g PUSH IT b***h!” he punched hard against the wall ‘s**t that f*****g scared me’

He moved away from me running his hands in his hair and over his face and walked away from me grabbing his bag. I stood in place with my eyes glued to the ground, pulling myself together ‘What the f**k just happened!’.

I grabbed my bag and walked out of the lab to join my friends in the school cafeteria.

** RYDER’S POV **

I was pissed due to the hellcat who is my lab partner. It is bad enough that she locked horns with me this morning and is doing the same now. She got me so pissed that I ended up punching the wall and hurting knuckles which now had blood on them.

I cleaned the blood on my knuckles and went to the cafeteria ‘I need a f*****g distraction’. All my friends were sitting at our usual table along with my girlfriend who kissed me passionately without minding our surroundings. I opened my eyes in the mid of our kiss and saw Collins walk into the cafeteria with her usual vigor which quickly turned into a scowl as our eyes met for a brief second.

Stephanie and I went to the unused building behind the football field as decided. She wasted no time and started to kiss me while her hands roamed about over my chest going down to my pants.
