Chapter 4

James paused and gave Chelsea a questioning look, what did she want with his badge?

He reached into his suit to get it but his expression turned even shocked when he discovered it wasn't there, instead of a badge, his palm was welcome by the fine material of his suit and a note, he wanted to see the note in private so he left it in.

"Oh s**t, Ms Lith.....Why?" he asked realizing what had happened.

"She wanted the formula too, but I doubt she's with Codesus, from what we see there were three groups there with desire for the formula, whatever it is" Chelsea explained.

"What was in my badge?" James asked Albert who was still shocked at what had happened.

"Sir? Sir? please we need to know what was in the badge" Stacy called attempting to bring the man out of the shock.

"You lost the badge?" Albert asked slowly, as if it all wasn't real.

"Damn it man, just tell us what was in the badge, why are you always acting like we're in some neatly ordered world?" Chelsea scolded.

Albert was actually always acting like he was acting a family drama scene and it pissed Chelsea more than she would admit.

"Give me a break, one of the best agent just lost a fu**king badge!!" Albert screamed back at them.

"It contained program logs, a simple yet complex security reporting system, the little badge contained a heavy OLS operating system, surely Stacy you should know what that means"

"This is no good, that's every one that matter's schedule" James interpreted although it seemed like the team didn't need anymore interpretation.

"Who could be their target?" Chelsea asked more to herself than her mates.

"Stacy, see if you can track keywords and give us a location and name, find what signature has an external trace outside of the DVl, Chelsea go see those so called hostages, lets see what they had in connection with the DVl, Albert I think we should shut down Green Labs and confiscate all their tech, it is government property after all.... I'm going to get my badge" James ordered with new energy flowing through his veins, to Stacy, James was more attractive when he acted blunt, like now.

"Wait" Albert called as everyone were about to prepare for their assignments

"James you don't order me"

"Truck load of crap Albert, we'll meet here in 2 hours, 30 mins added time, Out everyone, you too Albert" It was Chelsea's turn to shout orders.

Stacy was stuck to her spot even when everyone had left, she liked how the two synced and it made her wonder what their relationship was, after a few seconds she left to begin her assignment.

Ms Lith walked into a room filled with computer operators similar to the DVl base, but this room was a lot smaller and terror filled the air, every operator was actively on systems typing and hacking away not minding their boss who walked in.

"I got the badge, get to work on it now, we need the location of the council chairman now, and don't leave any tracks alright?" She ordered the operators giving her assistant the badge.

"How was it Lith? seems like they now know who you are, you got the badge so who got the formula?" A muscular firm looking girl spoke from a corner of the room as Ms Lith took off her jacket.

"I didn't work twenty five years with Green Labs just to get my cover blown and lose the formula, never call me Lith again, it's Karen, Karen Sanchez, so you are the one the military sent me?" Ms Karen asked the huge figure before her.

"Kelly Scott, I am the destroyer, what do you want?"

"I want our rank eight Atratian idiots, your task is easy, follow them and end them, you have my army with you, with your skill and their ignorance, considering I stole a badge from under ones suit, I think this will be done in no time?"

"Surely you underestimate those kids. I'm sorry, but I prepare for the worst from my clients, those kids are skilled, but no one takes my seat in this country, you will have them on the headlines I assure you" the girl replied with a coy smile.

The team had come back together from their assignments and were going through their findings together when William came into the room with a burst.

"Sir, the council is moving into Rhina for an emergency meeting, this was not in the log until three minutes ago, I think Ms Lith is behind this because the meeting had no report"

"Well I guess Ms Lith doesn't exist" Stacy finally spoke, she had been tracing digital prints for the past twenty minutes or more and James was getting frustrated because they needed to put pieces together and all of them made an important difference.

"What do you mean?" James asked furrowing his brows.

"Real name Karen Sanchez, she joined Green Labs just twenty five years ago, just before Green Labs began working on advancing OlS which led to the creation of the formula, she has had some dealings with the military, although they do not seem to be in good terms, On October 2006 she was captured and taken to a secret prison site for con-terrorists, reports show though that she was no con-artist, they were training her. It wasn't an arrest, it was an extraction. Issues began between a and the military general (who is father to an 'invisible' daughter the same day Karen was born) the identity of the girl remains undisclosed or classified as is that of Karen's father, my guess is father and daughter had a big fight, that's the only explanation to why the military will not kill her even though she betrayed them by exposing the cabal ruling the military.

"A few days back a stealth operative abandoned her duty and has not been arrested, I think we all know she went on another mission, I say she's with Karen because Karen just got a new assistant who has no history or background. But guys hear me out, she's called KS for Kelly Scott, and known as the destroyer, seeing her abilities, I have to say, this chick is no joke, she almost made rank eight in military school."

"I thought she had no background?" Chelsea asked.

"She doesn't with the military not Green Laboratories"

"Let me guess, you know all this because you hacked Green Labs and the military?" James asked.

"Nice" he winked

Chelsea couldn't help but roll her eyes at James comment, she only became red with anger when she noticed Stacy blushing like she was seen naked by James.

After she calmed herself she wondered why she had those emotions when James was only her brother, she pushed the thought away focusing on the work at hand.

"OK then I think we go to this meeting in Rhina, and keep out of KS' way, I have a family most can not even lift 20kg weight" Albert said solemnly.

"We attend this meeting yes..... and keep an open eye for KS, we take her in as soon as she appears, thanks William, get the team ready" James ignored Albert's joke.

Everyone went their ways to prepare for their mission in Rhina which was in south, across Loath sea, James was eager to stop Kelly from harming any of the council, little did he know, he was Kelly's target, and the council had someone else to worry about.
