“Chika is ugly!” “Chika is stupid!” “Chika is poor!” “HUUU!” Shouts mixed with mocking laughter continued to surround her. In fact, it seemed even more noisy when one of them threw a rotten egg at her. Everyone suddenly laughed, as if to show that Chika's suffering was part of their happiness. One girl came forward to approach Chika who was slumped on the paved road. The quiet streets of a small alley made the girl feel free to carry out her action against Chika. Without hesitation, she even invited her friends to join in throwing punches at Chika's body, which was curled up helplessly. Don't care about the little girl who is already moaning in pain. However, before long they were blind with the blows they aimed at Chika, a boy grabbed the back of one of them by the collar of her shirt and pushed her to the ground. The girl suffered no more injuries compared to Chika, who looked pathetic. "f**k YOU!" shouted the other boys who joined in the bullying that the girl was doing to Chika. Without fear, Arial grabbed the damn boy, who could be sure that he was only a sixth grade elementary school student. Then he threw his fist hard at the damn child's face until bruises and fresh blood came out of one corner of his lips. Meanwhile, his other friend took a step back, trying to create a safe distance so as not to be affected by Arial's unbearable anger. "You are a murderer! I told my mom!" said between them while running away. Then followed by other children who also shouted cursing him as a murderer. Arial could only sigh. Trying to keep quiet even though he didn't accept the insults they were throwing at him. Then he directed his gaze at Chika who was still curled up in her place. "Chika?" Chika cried. Sobbing silently with her face covered tightly with her two tiny hands. Arial squatted in front of his sister. He picked him up and lifted the little girl into his arms. "Where hurts?" Arial asked as he continued walking towards the house. Chika shows Arial her wounds. Especially the part of her hand that had scratches and Arial could confirm that the little girl in his arms was pushed until she fell to the ground. "Friends are bad, Bro." Chika whined sadly. "There's still me. Don't be afraid." Arial tries to calm his sister, even though he is being hit by a severe storm. Chika nodded fully. Then leaning her head on Arial's shoulder made the boy tighten his embrace even more. "I'm sorry. Because I came home late, you're like this," said Arial regretfully. Even though for him practicing martial arts until the afternoon would still be meaningless if he was still bad at looking after Chika. Chika just nodded with her eyes continuing to stare blankly at the road leading to her house. Until Arial stepped into the large courtyard area of the house and Yusuf came to greet him with a surprised expression. "Oh my God. What's wrong with Chika?" Yusuf asked with a look on his face that looked very worried. Then his hand reached out to take Chika from Arial's arms. "Naturally, the children from the complex next door," answered Arial. Not long after, Tini, who was sensitive to Arial's arrival, appeared from the living room with a feather duster and cloth always slung over her right shoulder, followed by an expression that was not much different from Yusuf's expression. Then without asking many questions, she took Chika to clean her dirty body. "Mom and Dad haven't come home yet?" Arial asked as he stepped into the silent house. "Not yet, Den. Your mom is going to Surabaya and won't be coming home until next week. Your dad will also be coming home next week." That was Tini's explanation before she completely disappeared and took Chika into the bathroom. Arial sighed again. Ah, how busy are those who have succeeded as well-known entrepreneurs? Not needing an answer, he walked into his room. Arial was pensive, staring blankly at the bedroom window. Imagining how happy those times were made him wish he could turn back time. He walked over to the study table and put away his bag. Clean up his textbooks and immediately arrange him in his proper place. Even in the midst of a storm as strong as this, he still tries to be a good boy 0o0 Woke up in silence. Arial fell silent. Remembering the last time Wulan woke him up. It feels like a long time ago. Maybe the last time was about three years ago. When everything hasn't changed. When Wulan was still a housewife, only Iskandar worked until late at night. His eyes then wandered around and ended up looking at the bedroom door which was still tightly closed. With his life not yet fully collected, he got up and walked towards Chika's room which was across from the living room. As he passed through the living room, he remembered the last time his family gathered with warm jokes and laughter. The answer is the same, it feels like a long time ago. He opened the pink door. "Chika?" he is called Chika. But there was no answer. The occupant of the room left her room messy with blankets, pillows and several other items not arranged in her proper place. "Chika?" Arial repeated going into her sister's room. There was no sign of Chika there. But he felt something was odd. "Chika?" he called, raising his voice even more and with the same result. There is no reply whatsoever. Arial sighed in resignation. Maybe Chika has woken up and gone to school. He turned around, but... "DOR!" Chika shouted loudly. Bruk! Arial managed to fall by hitting a small cupboard where stationery and toys were kept. Several items fell on his body, even the two meter high portable shelf fell and hit him. His heart was pounding. Meanwhile, Chika laughed, satisfied with the results. Arial fell silent. Didn't give any reaction to his sister's laughter. He squeezed his slightly tight chest. Until the laughter stopped and was replaced by a call that sounded worried. "Arial?" Chika's voice called Arial. Arial still looked down silently. "Arial?" Now Chika squatted in front of Arial while putting away some of her toys that had fallen on her brother’s body. "Arial?" Chika's tiny hand touched Arial's body, which still didn't move. Then the tiny hand touched Arial's face, who was lowering his head with his hand still holding his chest. She lifted Arial's face. "HAAAA!!!" Arial exclaimed, successfully replying to Chika's prank. "Aaarrgghhh!!!" Chika shouted and panicked. She wanted to immediately run away, but her body was already hugged by her brother. They both ended up laughing together. Especially when Arial mischievously kept tickling Chika with his fingers. Because of that, Chika continued to laugh loudly, destroying the silence in this big house. Arial stopped his fingers when Tini came rushing in. Meanwhile, Chika was still busy finishing off the last of her laughter. "Arial, Chika. Are you not going to school?" asked Tini. "Today's a holiday!" Chika exclaimed excitedly.
