The Rogue Luna's Revenge

Chapter 2

“GET THE f**k INSIDE!”

A groan escaped from my lips when the troop pushed me which led my back to bump onto the wall. My lips quivered when I remembered how I ended up getting arrested by the pack guards of our pack.

My eyes were full of tears, and fear wrapped in my heart especially when it was Alpha Eric who ordered me to be arrested. I didn't know what happened that night, and the man who was sleeping beside me was dead.

I rushed towards the metal bars when the man locked me inside. My tears continued flowing and I didn't know why I was crying in pain. I clenched the metal bars and winced when I felt the wolfsbane coating my palms.

“P-Please, I'm innocent,” I muttered even though I knew no one would ever hear what I was trying to say.

“You aren't innocent anymore.” I heard Alpha Eric's harsh words. His eyes were bloodshot while Rianna was behind her, giving me an evil smirk. Alpha Eric gripped the metal bar and lowered his head to make me feel his warm breath. ”I'm disappointed in you, Savannah. How dare you sleep with a rogue behind my back? You even killed him because he wants to tell me about your affair!”

Confusion struck in my face. He was the one who was having s*x behind my back yet I was the one who needed to be punished. My teeth gritted as my cheeks flushed with so much resentment towards him.

“It's you who have a w***e!” I gasped, trying to prevent myself from uttering profanities towards him. “I have the right to defend myself. You all don't have enough proof to your accusations.”

“Terry already testified...” My eyes widened when I heard what Alpha Eric had said. Terry? She was an Omega! “We heard you've been ordering her to send the letter to your other man!”

“Liar! I don't do anything wrong!” I screamed at the top of my lungs but he only darkly chuckled at me. I saw the troops go closer to Rianna and they dragged her out from the dungeon.

Alpha Eric gnashed his teeth when he watched the guard opening the door. I stepped backward in fear he might hurt me. His hand knuckles while he gives me a death stare.

My eyes widened when I saw the troops acted blind and then left me alone with Alpha Eric. My heart skipped when my back slammed on the wall when he violently pushed me. A whimper escaped from my lips before I heard my bone crack.

“You don't learn your lesson. I will teach you how to become a perfect Luna for me.” he brutally remarked.

“Ahh!” I yelled in pain when he pulled my hair. I was trembling when his canines were exposed while his eyes were red. “N-No, please! I don't want to---”

“You aren't the obedient Luna I have ever known. You disappointed me too much.” He strangled my neck and tightened his hold. He threw me at the metallic bars which led me to scream in agony. As my body fell to the ground, I felt how my lower abdomen throbbed.

I was in a vegetative state when he carried me like a sack of rice and then ripped my clothes before he used the metallic bar on my skin. I didn't know how long I endured being hurt by him but when I fainted, I noticed the blood dripping between my legs.

“I'm sorry to say this, Alpha Eric but we did everything to save the baby.”

I sobbed when I heard what the doctor had told him. Alpha Eric was emotionless but I noticed the strange emotion in his eyes. My hands clenched at the white hospital sheet in resentment towards him.

I felt my heart clenched until it bled. Beta Yves was watching me with sympathy. However, I didn't need his pity because he was one of the reasons why I became miserable.

“It seems the moon goddess dislikes her to carry my child. After all, she sleeps with another man. I might not be the father of her child.” Alpha Eric commented. A scowl formed on his face when he gave me a look and then said, “Since you lost my child, you don't have any use for me. You deserve to be punished.”

I was grieving until they brought me back to my cell. I didn't even bother to eat to regain my strength. I wished I could turn back the time. If the moon goddess was real, I asked her to give me a chance to give myself justice.

I swore that I would do anything to get my vengeance on them. I wanted to witness how they would regret deceiving me.

Every day was a tremendous torture in my head. Alpha Eric wasn't bluffing when he promised he would do anything to torture me. Sometimes he slept with Rianna, making me watch them moan each other's name.

I thought I would lose my sanity but it seemed my mind was still fighting despite that my wolf left me like what my loved ones did to me. I was betrayed by my husband and those who were kind of mean when I was the Luna, turned their backs on me as if I didn't do anything good towards them.

My body was getting weaker but I didn't complain. I was only silent enduring their torments, hoping that the moon goddess would send a savior from where the darkness I had been put in.

“Is it painful to see how your husband moaned my name?”

Before the last trial came, Rianna visited me at the dungeon. She looked stunning when she wore the dress I had in my closet. She smirked at me before she turned around so I could see how good she was while I was suffering alone in the damn cell.

“I don't see you as a perfect and wise Luna. I easily dispose of you with five moves.” She strode closer to me when she licked her lips. “You will die today, Savannah. You must be thankful to me because I feel bad for you. I begged Alpha Eric to stop punishing you instead of killing you.”

“Y-You...” I almost shout at her. My hands grasped the metallic bars when I tried to attack her. “b***h, I will f*****g kill you. I will do anything so you will---”

“You can't hurt me. You can't even defend yourself here. How's the feeling of being abandoned by your loved ones? They don't want to be part of your crime but point you as the mastermind.”

My mind was such a complete mess. I didn't know what I was going to think. I was scared and mad at the same time because of what they had done to me. My tears continued flowing while I was facing the court. Despite the bruises Alpha Eric had given me, they decided to act blind and had no remorse.

“Savannah Wolfgang after all these trials we found you guilty of using spells for Alpha Eric and by committing adultery behind his back. We found you guilty also for killing Harry West.”

These words haunted my mind. I didn't know what I was going to do next because they hadn't given me a chance to prove my innocence.

“Savannah Wolfgang, you will be punished by burning alive in the middle of the public market. This is to give a warning to any werewolves in our pack not to commit these sins like what the old Luna had committed.”

I saw Alpha Eric withered when he heard what the council had announced. My vision was fuzzy because I didn't stop crying until the troops dragged me out of the court.

I was dragged to the public market wearing the humiliating dress they were given to the criminals. My heart almost jumped when I saw the group of woods they would use to burn me alive.

“You need to tie her in the middle of the wood. Alpha Eric ordered he needed to finish this because his mating ceremony is today.”

All I did was cry in agony and resentment towards them. I wished they would never experience the injustice for themselves. I smelled the scent of gasoline they poured out in the wood.

I saw Alpha Eric rushing towards me while Rianna was following her. I swallowed hard when I looked at them full of hatred.

“I swear to the moon goddess name that I will do anything to give justice to my name. You are all monsters, and you will regret what you all have done to me!” I was panting when I screamed those words. I was thirsty. They were all the murderers.

“I am, Savannah Wolfgang pledge that I will be back to get my revenge on all of you... Ahhh!!” I screamed at the top of my lungs when they threw the torches on the wood. I gasped for air when I smelled the smoke surrounding me.

I wished the moon goddess would give me a chance to clean my name. I wanted them to be miserable like what I had experienced in their brutal ways. As soon as my body slowly burned, I saw the familiar man, running in my direction.

I cried and pleaded with the moon goddess to stop the pain they had caused me. The burn on my flesh was traumatic and made me not stop shouting with hatred.

“Luna!”
