“Erika, it's late. There is not a whole lot we can do this evening. The investigators most likely won't be in after five o'clock. So we are just wasting our time heading down there tonight. Let's hit it again early in the morning and call it a day! What do you say?” Eldy uttered in a haggard voice.
“Fine. Another day wasted! It appears to me that we spend more time getting to our destinations than we do attending to our missions!” Erika snapped back at Eldy.
After dinner, Erika and Eldy headed back up to their respective rooms. On the way up, Erika spotted three men just ahead of them in the hallway. The gentlemen were walking swiftly. The men entered their room and abruptly shut the door.
