Joelle's pov "Joelle!!! Wake up you worthless swine." I hear the Luna pounding on my bedroom door, which is located up three flights of stairs in the attic. I haven't been treated very well in this pack ever since they found me in the hollowed-out tree when I was only a few months old. I will never understand how my family could just up and abandon me as a baby. I forgive them, but what did they think would happen if they put me in the hollow tree? "Joelle! I said get up right now!" I'm pulled from my thoughts by the pounding. I rush around trying to get dressed to not make her wait any longer for fear of being hit.
