A human girl who was turned into a werewolf after saving lives her entire life, and became a Luna

Mandy is a first-grade medical student at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Her entire life was focused on helping people after her father got into a terrible accident with cuts and bruises that no one could explain, and no one could save him.

She has a boyfriend named Mike, that also works as a medical doctor in the ER. They both love each other and met while they were still in University, but soon that love and passion changed when Mandy worked a double shift to make up for the hours she still needs to pass the physical exams to become a doctor, and walked home one night and saw a man lying in an Alley bleeding to death. She tried all the medical practices that she learned, but he kept on bleeding.

She felt drawn to him like she was Compelled to be calm. Before she could realise what was going on, the man stopped bleeding and all cuts are healed. Questions made her feel like she was dreaming. Will she find out who this mystery guy is? And how he healed in a matter of seconds after it looked like he was about to die? Will she accept that he is a soon to be Also Alpha werewolf once he tells her the truth? and will the connection they shared become stronger after she knows the truth?

Synopsis

Mandy is a first-year Doctor student still busy with her studies. She went into medicine when her father got into an accident and had bite marks all over him and no one could save him until one night she met a man Dylan who was a future Alpha and she tried to help him but it was a full moon and he healed on his own. he’s in a battle with the Alpha of the crescent moon pack and the Alpha of the blood moon pack.

His father was the Alpha of the Crescent moon pack and his mother was the daughter of the blood moon Alpha, but his parents died and since Dylan was 18, he tried to fight for his title, but there are other future Alpha’s in line as well.

All future Alpha chooses a human who they feel drawn to as their human blood bank to heal their wounds after they get bitten by the Alpha or a future Alpha. They don’t care for the human, only for their blood, until Dylan felt drawn to Mandy, not just for her blood but for her humanity and the passion they share.

Their mates were already chosen, but Dylan is in a war zone between his mate and his human lover.

After Mandy learns everything about the werewolf world, she felt even more drawn to Dylan.

He fought for his position and she begged him to turn her to be his Luna.

Dylan had to make a choice between his mate that was already chosen when he turned 18 or the love he has for his human girl who saved him.

Glowing eyes
I stumbled over the alarm clock that was meant to wake me up an hour earlier, but for some reason, I overslept again. I quickly jumped out of bed and made my way downstairs, boiled the kettle and dressed in the first clothes that were reachable in my closet. Mr Grey is going to be furious. He thinks just because he's the medical director he can yell at the workers as he wants. I cannot wait to finish my medical degree so I can transfer to another hospital. The only reason I chose a medical degree is that my father was left for dead even after they could've saved him, so it's my career in life to save as many patients as I can. Obviously, some you can't. I grab my coffee in a takeaway mug and run for the bus. Tonight is a full moon, and usually, the ER is packed on full moons. I swear people are going crazy on full moons. “Mandy, you're late.” Me Grey shouted. “I know, I’m sorry. I studied late and set my alarm wrong. It won't happen again.” he rolls his eyes like he doesn't believe me. Maggie gave me a look, a look that says he's a jerk. I smiled, knowing exactly what she meant. I dressed in my nursing coat and made my way to the first patient. “So, Mr Dawson, what brought you in today?” I asked while he stared at me with hungry eyes. That's the only thing I hate about this job. Man thinking just because you were here to help them, that you would fall for their sweet innocent sick look. “I have stomach pains and I feel dizzy.” I examined his stomach and ordered a cat scan, even though I can see he is just here for the attention, we still have to follow protocol and do a full examination. “Please send Mr Dawson up for a cat scan, and send me the results as soon as you get it,” I ordered the nursing student and, did my second round. I had about 10 cups of coffee and worked a double shift to make up my hours to graduate to become a doctor and, hopefully, my hours would be much better. “You on your way?” Maggie asked when she went with a cup of coffee into the doctor's lounge. “Yeah, I think I’ve covered my hours for the day and night.” she smiled and gave me a sympathising look. “I will see you tomorrow.” I pulled my jacket over my arms and walked out of the ER doors. No buses are running this time, so I just have to walk, at least it's not that far, and the fresh air will do me good. For once, the ER wasn't that busy even with the full moon. The wind is cold but refreshing. I remember when I first moved here, I couldn't handle the weather, but I got used to it. Well, not completely, but it became bearable. I walked another mile, and the closest would be through the alley, which was dark and scary, but what a hell. I treat patients with gun wounds and burns and all sorts of medical issues. I’m sure I can handle a dark, scary alley. “f**k!” I heard someone yell. At first, I was scared to see who it was, but my first instinct as a medical doctor would be to check if there are no injuries and if the person is okay. “Please help me?” the strong male voice called out again, and I ran to see what was wrong. “Sir, are you okay?” my heart nearly stopped and my adrenalin kicked the moment I came close to him. “We need to get you to the hospital.” I pulled out my phone to call 911, but the unfamiliar man grabbed my phone and squashed it with one hand. “What are you doing? You need help, sir.” I examined his body. It's full of bite marks and he’s seconds away from bleeding out. He opened his eyes, and I can swear the colour of his eyes was a bright yellow colour. I’ve never seen anyone with an eye colour like that? I jumped away from him in fear. “Don't be scared,” he whispered. “I won't hurt you.” I don't think he is in a position to actually hurt me, but he did crash my phone with one hand seconds ago. “Come closer,” he mumbles. I took the change and went closer. One thing that I’m weak at, is being nosy. I need to know what happened and why he doesn't want to go to the hospital? I bent down to where he was lying on the ground. The blood is still flooding out of his wounds. His eyes are still a bright yellow colour and his clothes are torn to pieces. “What's your name?” he asked, and I could hear he was in a lot of pain. “Mandy and Yours?” I placed my hand on his forehead to feel if he had a fever, but he grabbed my hand, not in an aggressive way. “Dylan,” he said while coughing up blood. “Please let me take you to the hospital, we can treat you there please.”I pleaded, but he shook his head. “Okay, can you at least then tell me what happened to you? Did someone hurt you?” he pulled me closer with both his hands that were full of blood. The electricity was slaying my body when he grabbed my hands and it burned through my core. I have no idea who this mysterious guy is, but for some reason, even with him lying in his own blood busy dying, I feel safe. I’ve felt fear before. I saw people with severe injuries and dying in front of me, but with him, it almost feels like I’m being compelled to stay calm, and do as he says. “You're a doctor?” he asked, looking at my name tag with the hospital's details. “Yes, so let me help you.” “I don't need help, I will heal as soon as the moon goes under,” he whispered, still holding my hands. I have no idea what he means, but I kept quiet as if I believed him, even though my mind was telling me that he is delusional and needed help. “Mandy is a nice name for a doctor.” he kept the conversation going. “Thank you,” I said with a smile and he squeezed my hands. I felt relieved to know that he still had the strength to squeeze my hands. “Why did you become a doctor?” he asked. His eyes are still bright yellow, but I can’t seem to ask him why? “My father got killed, and no one could save him, almost the same injuries as yours.” after mentioning it, I snapped out of my trance that I was in for a few minutes and realised that my father had been killed. He had exactly the same wounds as this attractive man and my father died. I need to get him to a hospital. I couldn't save my father, but I sure as hell will do everything to save this man. “Get up.” I tried to pull him up with my small arms, but even with his injuries, he was still strong enough to pull me down, my face inches away from his. “If you were smart, you would run.” he opened his eyes and looked me straight in the eye. His eyes turned from yellow to dark brown in seconds. It's like I’m living in a movie. All the wounds are busy disappearing from his body one by one. “Mandy, get out of here.” He yelled when I heard footsteps approaching us. He grabbed me one more time, but this time more aggressive. “Get out of here now!” he whispered this time and I jumped up and ran. I don't know why I listened to him, but I did. I just made it around the corner and decided to look back. A few men standing around Dylan's body, kicking him. I couldn't quite make out what they were saying. The only thing I heard was “ you will never make Alpha.” What s**t is this? My mind caught up with my reactions. I wanted to run back and stop them, but Dylan looked frightened when he told me to run. My heart was having a marathon race at that moment and my breathing was heavy. I kept my eyes on Dylan from far, until one guy looked in my direction. “Well, well. A human girl.” the guy yells. Dylan jumped up and pulled him down to the floor in seconds. That was my cue to listen and run.
