Dianna POV When I looked back, I noticed my parents standing enraged. They dashed in front of us, sprinting as fast as they could. They grabbed my hand and pulled me into the mansion. Their faces are flushed with terror. The colour of their eyes shifted from ocean blue to red wine. My eyes were neither blue nor red. My eyes changed colour from green to hazle chestnut. When I go from being a vampire to being a fairy. "How did you manage to leave the mansion?" They were both growling and pacing around the room, unable to contain their rage. "We're sorry, Aunt Jenny," Lucy murmured, afraid. Mom gave her a hard time, trying to figure out how we got the gate open. She shushed us with her palm facing us. We swallowed our jitters since mum was there. Anger was something we didn't want to confront. "You three break the magic gate and hang a sowrd on Dianna Neck," she hissed, her nostrils flaring and her gaze fixed on me. She grabbed my hand and cuffed it. Her eyes are filled with worry and concern for me. "Mom, what are you doing?" I screamed as I looked at her and father. I attempted to use my magical abilities, but they were ineffective. I returned my attention to my father, hoping that he would be able to liberate me from the magical handcuffs. My eyes prickled with tears, and I cried my heart out. With my sad heart, my fairy wings began to move quickly. "Dianna, please be calm, my daughter." We're doing everything we can to ensure your safety. Dad stroked my cheek and murmured, "Try to understand us." I know they're correct, but I don't want to live in a cage. "I know you love and care for me, Mom, but do you want me to be a coward and live a caged life with you?" "I want to be brave like my parents and fight for myself," I expressed my deepest desire to her. Her rage transforms into shame in her eyes. "Aunt Jenny, she'll be a tremendous fighter, just like you." Lucy tried to persuade them by saying, "Let her live freely." She was doing her best to persuade them that she was a loyal friend. Mom's eyes are filled with pity for me. Her voice cracked as she said, "You are my lovely daughter." She walked up to the window, her face turned aside. "That's the end of it, Dianna," Mom stated sternly. "Mom, I've wanted to go out for years but you've never let me," I sneered. Today I have to persuade them that I cannot stay imprisoned here for the rest of my life. Dad hissed, "This is not how you talk to your mother, Dianna." I moved closer to mom and sighed heavily as I turned my gaze to her. She looked worried and restless "Dad and Mom Please bear with me. I want to be tough and fearless, and living in this home has taught me that I will never be able to confront a situation alone." "Please, I've learned a lot from both of you. Let me now put it into practise in a real-world scenario,"I begged them, I said. She sighed heavily, "You will understand us one day." I slipped my necklace from my neck and stated, "This award is given to individuals who have shown daring and bravery. But what good would it be if I were pampered and protected all the time, because I always want to learn new things and be the best, just like you two are? ", Mom fixed her sight on the pendant before shifting it to her husband. They both nodded, as if we were communicating via mind link. "We will always want your safety and happiness, and if living freely is what you want, then that is all we will give you," she grinned as she hugged me. As Mom agreed to my independence, my jaw dropped. I kissed her on the cheek and smiled as I flew above the ground. She chuckled and hugged her father on the side. I was standing on the ground, giving my folks my best puppy look. "Now, what do you want?" they said, raising their eyebrows. With my wedge heels, I formed circular patterns on the ground. "Mom, please let me enrol in Crepuscule College; I really want to go there," I begged. Although it was inappropriate to ask them everything, I was eager to attend my ideal college. In each of these areas, Crepuscule College is the best. For any specialty, there are the top teachers. Only crepscule wins every year in the competition between the three realms. The voice of Lucy jolted me back to reality. "Aunt Jenny, we're both going to the same college," she said, stroking the base of her neck with a smile. She swung her head around to face me "What motivates you to visit there? We're doing everything we can to teach you everything we know ", she expressed her dissatisfaction with the situation. She began at the beginning once more. "Darling, just now. You have enabled her to move freely," Dad chuckles, smoothing her left arm. Mom snorted and returned his look. "All right, you're going to college, but you're not going to utilise your fairy power there," she replied, her eyes narrowing. I wrapped a strong grip around my folks. This was always a dream of mine that I hoped would come true. Mom smirked as she said, "But your father will be in your college to keep an eye on you."
