"Would you stop being lost in your mind, and speak? Or should I just leave you here, wandering in the forest? listen, I give you two minutes. TWO minutes. Tell me what I want to know or I'll go."The guy said, showing her two of his fingers. The girl was silent still. "One."The guy said, bending his forefinger, and waited for her to speak. But she didn't. So, he said,"Two."And bent his thumb. Then, he didn't wait for her to speak. He turned abruptly, and started to walk away from the girl. " My two minutes aren't over. You just counted one, and two. You should have counted 120 times!" The girl shouted from behind. The guy's lips twitched, and he turned towards her. " So?" The guy asked. "So, I still have two minutes. " The girl pointed out. "I don't have time to waste on you."The guy said. The girl was again lost in her thoughts. The guy turned again, and the girl shouted, " My name is Geneva Rivers!"The guy smirked, and faced her. "Now, that wasn't so hard, was it?"He asked as he sauntered to her. The girl backed away a step when she felt like being trapped.

Waking up
The wolf wasn't in the forest to hunt for its prey. It didn't know what it was doing there. But when it noticed a sleeping girl in the middle of the forest, its paws stopped pounding on the ground. It scanned the girl, and thought that it must be a trap. But when its ears didn't pick up any growl or murmurs or even whispers, its nose didn't sniff anything dangerous or blood, and its eyes didn't notice anyone nearby, it scanned the girl for any hidden trap. And ever so slowly, it started sauntering towards the sleeping girl. When it was close enough to see her face, it noted down and memorized everything about her in its mind for future purposes. The sleeping girl's brown hair was spread over the ground, her eyes closed, and head tilted to the side. Her cheetah printed dress was torn at the hem, which was hanging loosely, the dark stains on the bottom part of her dress made the wolf think twice. Was the girl pretending or was she truly unconscious? Rustling of leaves alerted the wolf but it calmed down once the rabbit hopped towards the girl, and tilted its head to the right. The white as snow rabbit slowly approached the girl, and stared at her. The rabbit lost interest quickly, and it left. But the wolf was still standing. It walked close to the girl but didn't leave its guard down. It circled the girl, and waited for her to jump on him, and try to strangle him. But as the Wolf's eyes roamed on the girl, it noted that the girl was unarmed. Or maybe she was hiding them. The wolf stopped, and stared at her face. She looked... like Selene, the moon goddess. Her beauty was pure, her face gentle, her skin radiated under the sun, and her face held nothing close to danger. The wolf closed in on the girl, and it touched her cheek with her muzzle. She smelled...angelic. The wolf sniffed again. Its nose picks up everything. Even the slightest bit of danger. So, when the girl smelled fine, he tapped gently on her cheek. After tapping on her cheek for a few times, the girl started to groan. Her hand went up to her head, and she groaned again, squinting her eyes. Was she hurt in her head? The wolf touched her cheek with his muzzle again, and that made the girl snap her eyes open. When she registered the wolf, she hurriedly sat upright, her eyes widening in the process. The wolf heard her heart thump in her chest wildly, and noticed her confused, stricken face. So, he backed few steps away from her. The girl took the chance to hurtle through the forest and away from the wolf. She tried to find a way but the girl couldn't remember anything except her name. It was Geneva Rivers. But she couldn't remember how she came here, she didn't even remember who she was. She remembers just one name. HER name. Geneva Rivers. What happened to her? She gasped for air when she thought she had lost the wolf. Crouching down, her hands placed on her knees, she inhaled deeply. The girl didn't know the forest. Didn't know how to get out of there. But she knew one thing. She has to run. Else the wild animal could.... Paws pounded on the ground near her, before the girl could run again, the wolf appeared in front of her. Its nostrils flared with soft smoke, its breath was uneven as it stared at the frightened girl. The girl couldn't look away from the wild animal in front of her. She couldn't look away to plan out her escape. So, she stared right at the Wolf's eyes, and tried to sprint to her left. But the wolf blocked her path before her second step. The girl gasped. She looked where the wolf was standing few seconds ago, and she looked at where it was standing currently. How can it be so fast? Is any wild animal that fast? How can she know that when she doesn't remember anything! The wolf didn't give her another chance to run, its bones snapped, and then the wolf's long nails contracted back, its fur disappeared, its wild eyes changed colour, and suddenly it was standing on two feet. The girl covered her eyes with her palms as the guy's naked body was on full display. But after some time, she heard his modulated voice. " You can open your eyes now. I'm fully clothed. " The girl could hear teasing and amusement in his voice. She opened her eyes, nonetheless. Her gaze went up from his bare feet to his coal-black hair. The boy snapped his fingers in front of her twice, and that made her notice his windy grey eyes, and long straight nose. She felt small compared to his fairly tall, slender figure. The guy smiled gently at her, and asked, " Are you lost? " The girl's eyes snapped towards him. He asked her a question but she wasn't able to answer. So many questions were rambling around her mind. Who was she? What was she doing here? Where is she? Who is the devilishly handsome guy in front of her? And how in heavens, did he turn into a human from a wolf? " Hello, Miss. Wanderer. I asked you something. " The guy said. When she didn't answer him, he sighed. " At least tell me your name? " The guy slanted his head, and puckered his lips slightly. But the girl was still silent. " I'm Devon Westbrook. What's your name? " He forwarded his hand for a handshake. The girl frowned at the hand, and then looked up at his face. " Can you speak? " He asked. Her silence didn't irritate him, only made him curious. " You can't speak? Can you shout? " He asked. The girl's brows furrowed more. The guy swiftly pulled her up on his shoulders, and started to trek. " Heyyy. Heyyy. Put me down. Put me down!!! " The girl shouted, and pounded her fists on his back violently. The guy's shoulders shook as he chuckled lightly, and put her down, but didn't let her go. He held her wrists firmly with one hand, and held her waist with the other. The girl gasped as she stared into his eyes. There was amusement. He was enjoying this game. The gurl started throwing her hands, and hitting his hard sculpted chest. " Let me go!! " She kept repeating, raising her voice louder every time. " Stop! Just tell me your name. I'm here to help you. " The guy said. The girl stopped hitting, and looked into his eyes again. " Please. In order for me to help you, I need to know your name. Or something. Like where you live so that I can take you there. Or are you hurt? I need to know. " The guy said, gently shaking her by her shoulders. " Why should I trust you? " The girl asked. " Well, If I had intended to do something with you, I would have done it by now." The guy stated the obvious fact. He was stronger than her, had more muscles than her. He would definitely win the fight. And the fact that he is faster, would make it more impossible for her to strangle him to death, or snap his neck. Oh, who was she kidding? She couldn't snap his neck. But HE can snap HER neck. " Would you stop being lost in your mind, and speak? Or should I just leave you here, wandering in the forest? Listen, I will give you two minutes. TWO minutes. Tell me what I want to know or I'll go. " The guy said, showing her two of his fingers. The girl was still silent. " One. " The guy said, bending his forefinger, and waited for her to speak. But she didn't. So, he said, " Two. " And bent his thumb. Then, he didn't wait for her to speak. He turned abruptly, and started to walk away from the girl. " My two minutes aren't over. The guy frowned, and asked her, " Really? " And as soon as she gave him a nod, she felt tingles in her mind, and in her wrist, that the guy was holding. A bright light flashed and blinded her. She covered her eyes, and when she opened, she wasn't in the forest anymore.
