3 Acceptance

Alexia POV

When I suggest we go to some place private to speak I can see my mother isn't happy. "Maybe we should all go speak together." Respectfully mother I am not a child I would like to meet with my mates alone. I can feel her link me "you better not do anything stupid Alexia these boys are made for you." I turn to my mother and block her link. I know I will pay for it later but I need her to stop acting like I am still a five year old petulant child. I turn to Emma, Luna may we use your office to speak. "Of course my Queen" I don't correct her because I know she is doing it for my mothers benefit not mine. Maddox and Maverick will you please join me in the Luna's office. They both nod but don't respond verbally to my request. I don't understand their behavior but I am about to find out. We walk back to the pack house and enter the Luna's office. After we enter the office I tell them to shut the door please. I have no idea how to start this conversation so I just dive right in. My name is Alexia Marie Mathews and I am a hybrid werepire. I see their eyes get big. Based on the looks on your face I can tell you were expecting me to be purely a werewolf. I am also the future Queen of Werewolves. If I wasn't so on edge I would find their faces comical. They say nothing and I am starting to get aggravated. Well are you two going to say anything or are you just going to stand their like statues. They seem to snap out of there shock and both look at me in surprise.

Maverick POV

When we get into the office I can feel how nervous both Maddox and I are. I say a prayer to the Moon Goddess she didn't bring us away from everyone to reject us in private. When she begins to introduce herself I feel some hope in my heart that maybe she is thinking about accepting us. After she says she is a hybrid and the future Queen the panic rises again in the pit of my stomach. She comes to stand in front of me first after she asks us about standing in front of her like statues. I bite the bullet and begin to speak. My name is Maverick Xander Black and I am one of the top warrior of the Crimson pack. When I am done speaking she goes to stand in front of Maddox. I see the distress on my brothers face and I send him strength through our bond. Twins hold a bond much like mates do so we can share emotions.

Maddox POV

I watch after Alexia introduces herself she stands in front of Maverick. I wonder if these introductions are purely to know our names for a formal rejection. I wish I wasn't so focused on the past but its so hard to get over the hurt I've experienced. When she comes to stand in front of me I can feel the strength flowing from Maverick to me and I stand tall. My name is Maddox Xane Black and I am one of the top warriors of the Crimson pack. I take a deep breath and exhale, waiting to see what she will do next.

Alexia POV

I am very happy to meet you both but I need to ask you a question before we proceed. Can you tell me why you both are acting so strangely? I know I ran but I will explain my reasons in a moment, I want to hear why you two are acting disappointed after finding me. Maverick speaks first "that is the farthest thing from the truth, we are not disappointed at all." I wait for him to continue. I see them mind linking and then Maverick speaks again. "This is not the first time Maddox and I met our mate." I growl, what does that mean? I try to compose myself and I see a small smile on Maverick's face like he's happy I'm jealous. "We met our mate a few years ago and she rejected us because of our rank in the pack." Are you telling me that your ex-mate cared more about a title then the Moon Goddess fated mate? Maddox answers this time "yes unfortunately, she was a neighboring Alpha's daughter." Well I will deal with her at a later time let's finish our discussion. "When we saw you were so beautiful and related to the Queen we assumed we wouldn't be good enough for you either" Maverick says. That is absolutely not the case I will tell you exactly why I ran and it had nothing to do with your ranks. I was scared, I have always been nervous about having a mate so when I realized I had two it scared the hell out of me. They both chuckle and I smile. "So your not going to reject us then" they ask in unison. Its cute how alike they are but I already can tell them apart. I am sure its because we are destined for each other. I stand in front of each of them and kiss them softly on the lips. I, Alexia Marie Mathews, accept you Maverick Xander Black and you Maddox Xane Black as my mates and kings. The shock on their faces is again priceless but I am enjoying it this time. Your turn boys I smile.

Maverick POV

I can't believe she just accepted us. I say my acceptance before she can take it back. I, Maverick Xander Black, accept you, Alexia Marie Mathews, as my mate and Queen. I bend down and kiss her deeply on the lips. The tingles I feel can only be described as magical. I am glad my first kiss was with my mate despite all the sh*t Maddox and I took for saving ourselves from the other males in the pack.

Maddox POV

My heart is ready to pound right out of my chest as she says the best words I have ever heard in my life. As soon as she finishes hearing Maverick's acceptance she steps in front of me and waits. I, Maddox Xane Black, accept you, Alexia Marie Mathews, as my mate and Queen. She reaches up pulling my head down to hers and kisses me sending tingles everywhere she touches. I can't believe I have my other half. I can't wait to complete the mating and marking with her so we can all be one. Hopefully it will be sooner instead of later, I don't know how I will control myself around her.
