The moon goddess stood on her cloud, surrounded by the moonlight. It made her blonde hair glow. Her next wolf for resurrection, Apollo, was sitting patiently at her feet. They over looked the birth of his human host. The she wolf was the Luna to the Moonlight Pack. Apollo's new host will be the next Alpha. The moon goddess was deep in thought. She closed her eyes. She glanced into the future of Apollo's host and she frowned. This new Alpha pup will grow up self centred, brooding and cruel. She sighed. She had to find a mate that was gentle, selfless, and kind, which was the complete opposite to Theis wolf pup. She knew no she wolf would have those qualities. She peeked into the human world. She again closed her eyes, her consciousness reaching out to find the perfect candidate for Apollo's mate. She found her! The perfect little girl with rosy cheeks bundled up and a pink blanket and white knitted beanie. The moon goddess cooed over the little cherub. She kissed her forefinger before lightly touching the little girls forehead. As she pulled her finger away a silvery cord followed her finger. The moon goddess went back to watching her new wolf pup being born, still holding the silver cord. With one more scream, howl and cry from the new born, the new Alpha was born into the world. The moon goddess floated down to view her new pup. The nurses from the pack were fussing over him. While he was propped up on the scales, the moon goddess again kissed the index finger of her other hand and placed it on his forehead. Again a silver cord flowed from the wolf pup. The moon goddess teased the cords before tying them together. Her spirit drifted back to her cloud and to Apollo. She began stroking his furry head as she addressed him.
