Tamara     "Come on, Tamara.  You're eighteen now.  I don't see what the big deal is if you stay the night again," Dustin whined at me.     "It's not a big deal if I stay the night or not.  If you must know, I already have plans for the night," I nonchalantly replied as I pulled my clothes back on.     "Plans with who?" he asked with a hint of jealousy.     "That's none of your damn business," I sassily retorted getting irritated with his questions and whining.  I mean really, he's a grown ass man acting like a whiney little pup.     "You don't have to act like such a b***h towards me," he snarled with anger swirling in his baby blue eyes.     "Yeah, and you don't have to act like a f*****g clingy, whiney ass pup," I sassed in return.     "Whatever, Tamara.  Go ahead and leave, but don't bother coming back when you need your release again, because I'm done playing these stupid games with you.  I can have almost any she-wolf I want.  I don't know why I have wasted so much time on you," he bitterly muttered.     "You've wasted your time with me?  Oh no, honey, you are sadly mistaken about that.  I'm the one who's been wasting her time.  Why should I take anything you say seriously when you are constantly lying in bed with other she-wolves?" I indignantly spat.     "Yeah, like you haven't been in other guy's beds," he spat back.     I narrowed my eyes at him and heatedly yelled, "No, asshole, you are the only guy I have ever been with, but you wouldn't know that, because you're always too busy trying to f**k anybody that will spread their legs for you.  You know what, Dustin?  I'm f*****g done with you!  It's not like we're mates or anything.  Go f**k whoever you want and yourself while you're at it. "     Before he had a chance to respond, I threw his door open, then I glanced back and flipped him off before I left his room slamming the door behind me.  Ugh, I don't know why I kept going back to him for pleasure.  Sure, he was good in bed, but he was so f*****g annoying sometimes.     I stomped through the pack house with a scowl plastered on my face.  He really pissed me off, and I wasn't gonna give him anymore of my time.  There were plenty of unmated male werewolves in our pack that I could hook up with if I felt the need to.  I didn't care how hot Dustin was, I didn't have time for his bullshit.     The second I stepped out the back door of the pack house, I sprinted toward my house and barged through the front door.  Not thinking about it, I slammed the door shut behind me, then I stomped to the bedroom I shared with Teagan.     I was hoping she would be there, so I could vent about Dustin being a such a whiney prick, but she was nowhere in sight.  Instead, I threw myself onto the bed, then I gazed up at the ceiling for just a second.       Suddenly, I felt the urge to see our glow-n-the-dark stars and planets that we hung on the ceiling.  I got off the bed and walked across the room, then I flipped the light switch and made the room go dark.     With the stars and planets glowing above my head, I walked back to my bed and lied back down, then I gazed at those stars and thought about what I should do with my life at this point.  I didn't want to go searching for my mate, but I felt like there was more out there for me to experience.       I was sure if I left the Forest Pack, I would be able to find plenty of battles to fight in, and lots of new people to befriend.  The only problem was that I couldn't fathom the thought of leaving home without my twin sister.     Teagan wasn't just my twin sister.  She was also my bestfriend and confidant.  She meant the world to me, and I wouldn't leave unless she agreed to go with me.      Teagan     I was hanging out at the Beta suite with my brother Jonas and his pregnant mate Jessica, when Dustin barged in looking all kinds of pissed off.  Jonas immediately glared at him, as he snippily asked, "Don't you know how to knock.  This is not your home, and it's not your parent's home.  If you don't start knocking, I'm gonna kick your ass."     Dustin scoffed at Jonas, then he walked back to the front door.  Before he opened the door, he glanced back at me and Jonas, then he angrily snarled, "You and your b***h of a sister Tamara can both f**k off."     Jonas growled so loud, I thought the windows in his suite were gonna shatter from how much they started rattling.  Dustin's eyes immediately widened with fear, then he sprinted out of the suite with Jonas chasing after him.     I had no clue what Dustin was mad about, but I was sure if he was upset, Tamara was probably just as upset.  I glanced at Jessica and warily mumbled, "I better go check on Tamara and find out what's going on."     "Yeah, I better make sure my mate doesn't kill my brother," Jessica replied with a grimace on her face.     We both stood up and left the suite together.  She followed the scents of our brothers, while I followed Tamara's scent.  Not surprisingly, her scent led me back to our house and straight to our bedroom.     When I opened our door, my eyes were met with darkness, but my advanced sense of sight helped me to spot Tamara lying on her bed and glaring at the ceiling.  She didn't even move the slightest little bit.  Instead, she continued to glare at the ceiling covered with stars and planets.       That was all I needed to see to know she was feeling some kind of way about something, so I quickly walked to her bed and sat on the edge of it.  As I patted her hands that were resting on her belly, I warily asked, "What's wrong, Tamara?  What happened between you and Dustin?"     She released a sigh of frustration, as a single tear slid down the side of her face, then she dejectedly mumbled, "I'm sick of Dustin's whiney bullshit.  He seems to think I owe him an explanation about what I have planned, but truth be told, I didn't have any plans.  I just didn't want to stay the night with him two nights in a row, but if I had told him that, he would have whined even more."     "What is it with guys these days?" I asked in exasperation.  This was exactly why I had no desire to be with a man.  They were too egotistical, possessive and dominating for my taste.     "I don't know, but Dustin pissed me off to the point that I ended things with him.  Not that we were really anything, but now we are definitely nothing, and I'm a little sad about that," she sheepishly admitted, as more tears fell from the corner of her eyes.     "I don't understand, Tamara.  You told me you didn't have feelings for him, but here you are crying about it.  Did you catch feelings for Dustin?" I teasingly asked.     Instantly, she pushed me off her bed before she adamantly stated, "No!  I don't catch feelings for nobody!"     "Prove it by getting your ass out of this bed and hanging out with me," I defiantly retorted from the floor where I landed on my butt.     "Fine, I will prove it to you right now," Tamara huffed as she climbed off the bed.     After she turned the light on, she walked into our closet and started putting her clothes in a suitcase.  I walked to the doorway of the closet and casually leaned against the frame as I coyly stated, "You can pack your suitcase, but you aren't gonna want to leave just yet."     "Oh, is that so?  Why exactly do you say that?" she asked with curiosity now evident in her voice.     "You didn't hear this from me, but our grandmum's home pack has reached out to our pack for help dealing with a large group of rogues that have been terrorizing their neighboring packs," I quickly explained in a hushed tone of voice.     "Really?  Isn't that pack thousands of miles southwest of here?" Tamara warily asked.     "Yes.  Jonas says it will take every bit of three days to drive down there," I explained with a triumphant smirk on my face.  I knew she would cheer up at the mention of traveling to a different pack that we had never been to.     "What about mum and dad?  Are they planning to go?" she asked with excitement.     "Actually, mum and dad are the ones going.  Jonas is staying here, since Jessica could go into labor any day," I exclaimed with enthusiasm.  I was excited for Jonas and Jessica.       "Oh, I'm so excited for them, but I seriously can't wait to leave this pack and get some distance from Dustin.  He has been entirely way too clingy and needy these days," Tamara bluntly stated with her annoyance showing in the way she had her lips pursed.     "Dustin is probably nursing a black eye and a busted nose or lip right now," I mumbled followed by a giggle.     "Why do you say that?" she asked with concern swirling in her light brown eyes.     "He pissed Jonas off.  Last I saw them, Jonas was chasing him through the pack house," I smugly replied with a smirk on my face.     "Damn!  What did he do to piss Jonas off?" Tamara immediately asked.     "He said, and I quote, 'You and your b***h of a sister Tamara can both f**k off,' and that done pissed Jonas off past his breaking point," I explained and watched my sister's eyes switch from concern to anger.     A second later, Tamara stomped past me with new tears forming in her eyes.  As she reached for the doorknob, she angrily mumbled, "If Jonas didn't break his nose, I sure as f**k will," then she stomped through our house with me on her heels trying to talk her out of confronting Dustin.     Of course, there was no point in even trying.  We were all fiery and didn't take s**t from anybody.  To be honest, I think Tamara was the most fiery out of us all.       I used to think it was Alexandria, but she changed so much after everything that happened with Chester.  Now she wouldn't even leave the Pine Tree Pack's territory.     It broke my heart to hear about all the crap she endured at the hands of that maniac.  I couldn't even imagine what it must have been like for her.       As soon as we reached the pack house, Tamara sprinted from the back door all the way to the door of Dustin's personal room.  Without even knocking, she flung the door open to reveal Dustin sitting on his bed with his back propped against the headboard.  He was holding a bloody washcloth against his nose, and he definitely looked a little rough.     Tamara snickered at the sight of him, then she feistily stated, "I bet you think twice in the future before you call me a b***h to my family.  I'm glad Jonas put the hurt on you.  If I had been the one to do it, you wouldn't be able to stand or sit.  You'd be laid up in the hospital for days.  I suggest you remember this warning and never speak my name again."     "Yeah, asshole.  Don't speak any of our names again, unless it's done in the form of praise," I snootily mumbled while drawing out the word 'asshole,' then I grabbed Tamara's arm and pulled her out of his room.
