Chapter 3 Though it had happened quickly, Grady thought he’d been thoroughly prepared for the move to Chicago. He knew how to raise money with the best of them, he understood how businesses worked, and he embraced the opportunity to be able to find a niche for himself outside of his father’s immediate circle of influence.
