Prologue
Airen Smith is your average sophomore around the block with average teenage problems.
An avalanche of homework, disgust at the schooling system in general, and an overly nosy younger sister.
All of this soon changes, leaving Airen craving for his old life filled with drowning homework.
It starts when Airen and his sister, Lola, arrive from school to meet their house in disarray, their older brother lifeless and their mum almost dead.
In a flurry of the ensuing emotions and last breaths, his mum reveals that Airen is a werewolf sired by one of the greatest Alphas out there.
She pushed a small note into his hand in his confusion and asked him to call the number on the note. She told him once he mentioned his name to the person, they would know what to do. Airen was confused and asked for clarity. He didn't know what to do, but before his mother could explain further, she took her last breath, leaving Airen devastated, alone with his sister, as well as disarray and bitter at this family that supposedly left him to die.
How will this young man handle the truth that awaits him?
How would he navigate his way around the werewolf world?
