Chapter 1

Welcome to a little town that we call Mornington. I know, what a stupid name. Mornington is quaint town, where everyone knows everyone; meaning secretes spread like wildfire. Because of this, some might say living here is a pain, but I disagree. I have lived here all my life. If you don't know by now, my name is Eliot. Eliot Clark.

Yes, Yes, I know. The Eliot Clark!! Yup, that's me, son of Mayor Clark. I live in this town with my sister, Violette, and my dad, the Mayor. If your wondering about my mother, well she died when I was very young. I barely remember, but V always tell me about her.

Now, let me tell you a little about the history of Mornington. It was founded in 1654 by Charles du Moore. He was a french settler who was casted out by his colony. When he arrived on this land, he discovered people living there. He called the new people the Mington. Moore fell in love the tribe leader, Aisha. Moore and the Mington settled in that land, and called it Mornington.

So now you heard a little bit of our town history. Let's get back to the story

"Eli get the hell up" screamed Vi.

"Eliot !!!!!!!

"WHAAAAT!!!! I am up".

I got up from and stretched and went into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and stripped off my clothes. I grabbed my toothbrush and waterproof speaker and went in the shower.

*15 minutes later*

"ELIOT" screamed my sister as she bamged on the bathroom door.

"You have 30 minutes to get ready or I am leaving your sorry ass to walk to school.

" Ok Ok I am coming". I quickly turned off the shower and grabbed my towel and quickly dried off. After, I exit the bathroom and ran to my room and opened my closet. I grabbed a pair of burgundy underwear from my dresser. I quickly rummaged through my closet and grabbed a white long sleeve sweater, burgundy jeans, and my dark brown combat boots. After quickly putting on my clothes, I went and fixed up my hair. When I was finished, I checked myself in the mirror.

I grabbed my school bag, and my bag for soccer. I grabbed my phone and dark brown cardigan, and ran out my room and downstairs.

" I'm here" I shouted to V who was sitting in the living room texting whomever. "Alright let's go" she said.

Vi was wearing a black sweater and a grey high waisted skirt with black boots and a grey cardigan and purse.

She grabbed her keys and her tablet and we both headed straight for her car. You're probably wondering why she has a car and I don't, well the answer to that is simple. It's because our father hates my guts. So Vi drives me too school and after school either Oliver or Malcolm drops me off, when Vi can't. "So, Eli I was wondering how you'd feel about going to this Italian restaurant tonight for dinner?" she asked. I looked up at her and gave her a puzzled look. What's up with her, I wondered her. "Sure why not". "But what's the occasion"? "Well if you must know. This guy that I have been dating for three years will finally be town." she said like it was no big deal.

"What!!!!" I yelled at her. "You've had a boyfriend for 3 years and not mentioned it to me". "Calm down El-".

"Don't tell me to calm down" I interrupted her. "Okay I'm sorry for not mention it. It's just that he is a little younger than me" she whispered. Oh My God. I stared at her with my mouth open.

Just as I was about to reply, she stops the car at my school. Mornington High. "I'll pick you up at 6 and we will go to the restaurant after. Dad will meet us there" she said. I grabbed my bags and hopped out the car. As soon as I closed the door, she speeded off. I sighed to myself and made my way to the school doors. As I was walking in is when I spotted her.

Josephine.

She was standing with her friends Chloe and Olivia. All three of them are cheerleaders, but Chloe is captain of lacrosse team, Olivia is on the school's yearbook committee and student government, and Jo is in choir and swimming and president of the fashion club. I started to walk towards them, when I was hugged behind.

"Ughhh" I groaned out. "God Ollie, your so heavy". "HahaHa, gotcha buddy" he laughed in my face.

Oliver and Malcolm. My two best friends since the third grade. Oliver is the loud and obnoxious one and Malcolm is the quiet mysterious one in our group of friends.

"What are you doing Ollie" questioned Jo, giving him a puzzled look. I turned around to realize that Jo, Olivia, and Chloe walked over to us. "Nothing Josie, just giving my bestie a hug" he teased her. I looked to see her giving him a disgusted look. "I told you its either Jo or Josephine, you got it" she glared at him.

"Yeah Yeah, whatever" he rolled his eyes at her. Then turned towards me and Malcolm and asked if we want to hang with him this weekend. "Sure". "I guess so" we both replied at the same time. "Great. I'll see you guys after school" he said and ran off to his locker. "Yeah I am going to. See you later man" Malcolm said and walked off in a different direction. "Alright see you babe" Jo said. She gave me a kiss and a hug and left with Chloe and Olivia following her. I went to my locker thinking that today was gonna be weird.

*After school*

"Uggghhh. Math is so boring" complained Oliver as we exited our last class of the day. "Bro you say this every time we leave math" I laughed. "Yeah so what. That class is so boring because we have Ms. Markles" He groaned. " Whatever man. I'll see on the weekend". Yeah see yeah"he replied back".

We split up and went to different directions. As I was making a turn to the staircase is when I bumped into a very hard wall. And fell to the ground

"Dammit" I groaned out. When I looked up, I was paralysis. Stood before me was the most sexiest guy that ever lived.

" What the f**k ma-" he yelled at me, only to stop and stare at me."Mi amore Timothee"? He asked with a surprise look on his face. I gave him a puzzled look.

"Seriously dude, not gonna help me up" I asked. He kept on staring at me not even saying a word. I got up and dusted myself off and walked away, when he grabbed me by arm. "What the hell are you doing" I yelled in surprised.

"You bumped into me without apologizing you i***t" he growled out. Woah am I getting turned on right now. By a Guy!
