A Supernatural Story

Prologue

    It's summer season and high school life has already ended for Deanna Amber, a quiet and timid but friendly small town 18-year old girl. With a slim body and the qualities of a brunette, Deanna is definitely a young adult with good looks. Besides the physical good looks and amiable personality, she also possess a quality that involves the paranormal and supernatural.

       As a young child, Deanna already has the ability to see and communicate with the dead and strayed souls. She doesn’t know where or whom this ability started. All she knows is she inherited this ability from her grandmother on her mother’s side. This ability skipped her mother which is a great relief for the widow Mrs. Nerizza Amber.

    With this ability, she was able to communicate and have a conversation with her dead grandparents and father until the day of their soul’s departure. Her father, Mr. Dennis Amber, died of a heart attack. It was a fine day after Deanna’s thirteenth birthday. Still, after her father’s death, she was able to have conversations with him. She was sharing all her problems, experiences and even new knowledge. After a few months, her father finally wanted to take a rest and leave the world of the living. He wanted to cross over and let his daughter and wife move on with life. So, he finally said good bye to his daughter and send his regards to his wife. Since then, Deanna and her mother were together on each other’s side.
