Wow.
I was stunned by the beauty that walked into my office.
The gossip had mentioned the arrival of a young, white Alpha accompanied by her parents, but not even the most detailed descriptions did her justice.
I shivered the moment I saw her.
But I had to stay professional—and no matter how much of an Alpha she was, I had to interview her properly.
Although, it didn’t take me long to realize how valuable she’d be—not just to the hospital, but to the pack as well.
For an Alpha, she was incredibly modest, even sensitive.
When she cried over the loss of her home, I could see in her tears how deeply she mourned her people, the horrors she must have witnessed, and how strong she had to be to survive it all.
