GABRIEL ZIEGERMANN
I am a one-in-a-million kind of man. Handsome, sexy, and a successful millionaire. With a strong drive to achieve my goals, I fearlessly pursue excellence. I have no complaints about my life; I was born lucky. As part of one of the most prominent banking families, my life is filled with luxuries as I frequent the most extravagant places in the world. Through my work as an architect, I have obtained national and international recognition for my exceptional talent and influential contributions in the field.
You might be wondering how a banker’s son became an architect. Turns out, my father is a great civil engineer and pushed me to follow in his footsteps, as it was not my initial passion. However, at a certain stage in his life, my dad ventured into the banking industry, where he mastered his skills as the exceptional entrepreneur he is today, and that was the beginning of our journey towards building our empire.
I am an adventurous man who seeks adrenaline in life, that is, with reasonable boundaries, of course. I love to travel around and have a profound passion for exploring the world, especially its women. I have encountered and connected with a long list of women who are beautiful, fun, easy-going, and most importantly, single; I don’t want to be anybody’s “other guy” and try to avoid complications and unnecessary trouble.
In short, I am a man who embraces life to the fullest, appreciating its ups and downs. However, I also have a desire to explore new exciting and passionate experiences, except when it comes to love. I don’t want anything remotely close to love as I view it as a mere illusion that people create to justify their own clumsiness, naiveness, and hypocrisy.
Hence, I will continue to enjoy life the way I have done so far, cherishing the company of beautiful women like Lucrecia who can satisfy my needs without any obligations or entanglements.
Lucrecia is the type of woman who can uplift one’s spirit, indulging you in passionate, sweaty, good s*x and pleasure. She drives me crazy, and I can’t deny it. She is a striking blonde, blue-eyed woman with the body of a Goddess and a radiant smile. The best part is there is no pressure between us. Our relationship is solely based on s*x, a booty call, as one might name it. With just a single phone call and a matter of minutes, we find ourselves rolling around in bed and having fun.
Our close friends and family see us as a great couple, and why wouldn’t they? Our parents have a strong friendship, she is close to my sister and always gets what she strives for. We are very much alike, and that is why our relationship should only be based on s*x. We both agree on this, which is why we get along so well.
And there she is, once again, lying down on her bed, begging me to stay a little longer and fulfill her desires once more. I must confess, it does boost my ego as a man. We have explored various positions of the Kamasutra, leaving no stone unturned. I always enjoy being in control, and Lucrecia is one of the few women who can truly satisfy me sexually. That woman surely knows how to use her hands and mouth; God, just the thought of it arouses me, but it is enough for one night. I got what I came for, and it is time to return to my good old life.
“Come on, babe, stay a little longer. The sun isn’t even out yet,” she says, unveiling her glorious naked body. This woman is a temptation. She smiles, throwing a wink at me. “Come on. You know you crave a morning quickie”.
“I know you crave it,” I respond, sharing a laugh with her. “You are a temptation, Lucrecia, but let’s call it a night. I gotta go.”
“Come on, Gabriel, life isn’t solely about work and business. You need to take a break, unwind, and enjoy yourself. I can help you out with that.”
“You sure did give me a hand last night, and I know life is not all about work. I am in your bed, aren’t I?”
As she furrows her brow, clearly upset with what I said, she slowly rises out of bed. However, I am widely recognized for my honesty, sincerity, and directness.
“Don’t be angry, Lucrecia. It’s always been this way. I call you, you call me, we have s*x, we enjoy each other’s company, and then we part ways,” I explain as I quickly get dressed.
“I know…but… I don’t know, I thought maybe ...we could be something more than just s*x…I mean, we like each other, have fun, share common interests, and our families are close friends… Maybe we should kick it up a notch, take this relationship to the next level, and stop sneaking around.”
“Whoa…wait a minute, Lucrecia, are you telling me you want to be in a real boyfriend/girlfriend relationship? Like dates, flowers, holding hands, exclusiveness, and all that crap? Because you very well know, I am not that type of guy. I enjoy women too much to chain myself down to just one. I don’t like commitment, and the fact that our families are friends and business partners doesn’t mean we have to be in a relationship. So, start getting rid of those ideas in your head. What we have is just perfect.”
“I understand where you're coming from, and I am not suggesting that we play happily ever after and walk around holding hands down the street or anything like that. I simply believe that we should give it a try and see what happens. We don’t have to label or define our relationship.” She crosses her arms over her chest and adds: “It is just an idea.”
She wants a life that revolves around commitment, fidelity, responsibility, and explanations, but I am not that type of man. That would mean farewell to women, fun, and all the pleasures that come with being single. As the old saying goes: ‘never mix business with pleasure,’ and this holds even more true when it involves family. The mere thought of it makes me nauseous. My Goodness, who would have thought that Gabriel Ziegermann could be capable of such change?
“OK, Lucrecia, let’s get one thing straight because it seems like you forgot about our agreement. You came up to me, remember?”
“Yes, Gabriel, but….”
“But nothing…. I made it pretty clear from the start that I had no desire for any form of commitment whatsoever, that we weren’t exclusive, and that this wasn’t going anywhere beyond s*x. We both agreed that this arrangement would only revolve around s*x and enjoyment and that we should keep it a secret from our friends and family so they wouldn’t make a big deal out of it. You conceded to every condition I laid out, just as I accepted yours, and now this!”
“Gabriel, that was three years ago, and things can change. Maybe it’s time to stop fooling around and make this more formal. After all, I am always here for you, whether it's s*x or talk. I’ve always supported and been there for you on good and bad days. We are good friends, and the s*x is amazing! I know we would make a great couple. Why can’t we just try it?”
“You just said it yourself, Lucrecia, FRIENDS, Friends with benefits. So, spare me the act as if I am the one constantly pursuing you, while you play the role of a poor, innocent saint. Let’s not forget that you seek for me too. Perhaps even more than is deemed appropriate for a woman.”
She looks at me in utter awe. “That wasn’t very polite, Gabriel.”
“Don’t give me that look. Deep down, you know what I am saying is true. Indeed, we have grown closer over the years, but that doesn’t mean I want a serious relationship. You are well aware that I’ve been sleeping around with other women this whole time, just as you have s*x with other men. I don’t understand why you changed your mind suddenly.
I grab my jacket and my keys and head towards the door.
“Could you just think about it?” she says. There is nothing to think about.
“What for? I won’t change my mind about this. I know what I want, and it is not a relationship. Why would you even ask me that now? Why?”
“Because I love you!” She declares.
The words “she loves me” echo persistently in my mind, but I find it hard to believe. No. She is crazy. I wasn’t born to love. I hurt people. I’m only good at s*x, women, business, and destroying my enemies, but love? I’ve never experienced such emotions towards a woman other than the ones in my family and my nana. No way.
“Listen, Gabriel, I know the word LOVE scares you, and for some reason, you have always shied away from discussing it. You find it absurd to believe that a man and a woman could share such an intense bond that they cannot imagine their life without each other. But it exists. Just observe your parents; their love for each other is evident. Take a look at your sister and Sebastian."
She takes a deep breath, trying to convince me of this stupid idea.
“Listen. I know we have the potential to create something beautiful; you care about me. Otherwise, we wouldn’t be doing this for three years. You wouldn’t seek me during tough days or when you need to release your frustrations or fulfill your desires. I know that someday, you will want to have kids, a loving family, and a woman who truly loves you—someone for whom you are the center of the world to her. You are not a kid anymore. It’s time to grow up and consider settling down and having a family. I offer you that and more.”
For the first time, she has made me consider settling down, having a family, and envisioning the future. Could I find a woman who genuinely loves me? And not my family name or bank account? A good woman who is truly devoted to me and only me? Genuine and sweet enough to soothe the turmoil within me ...what the hell am I even thinking about?! That’s never going to happen. The reality is that such a woman does not exist. They're all deceitful, vicious, money-driven traitors.
I push her hands away from my chest, and when I am about to say something, she interrupts: “Don’t say anything; just think about it.”
And just like that, I stormed out of her apartment. She already ruined my day.
When I arrived at the office, my best friend and brother-in-law Sebastian was already there with his usual mischievous smirk.
We’ve known each other since we were fifteen years old, when he arrived as the new foreign kid at our high school. Sebastian was always quiet and introverted; he hardly knew anybody.
One time, I found myself involved in a fight with one of my classmates, who mistakenly believed that I was jealous of him and that I tried to overshadow him and take away everything he had. Back then, I didn’t know why he felt that way, and unfortunately, never tried to find out. The school had strict rules against fighting, or else we could get expelled, and that was a risk I wasn’t willing to take since I was months away from graduating.
Despite the consequences we ended up engaged in a huge fight like two savages in front of the whole school, until we heard the principal coming at the end of the hallway. Everyone scattered away like cowards. I was about to run away when the principal grabbed me by the arm, his words cutting through the air, “Well, well, well, look who we have here; you can’t escape this time, and from the looks of it, graduation is not an option for you.”
Just as I was about to defend myself, Sebastian interjected saying: “He didn’t provoke it. He was just talking to some girl, when out of nowhere, the other guy attacked him, and in the process, I ended up punching him. Gabriel had nothing to do with it. He tried to break up the fight until you arrived, and everyone just started running.”
The principal looked at us in disbelief. However, he had no choice but to let Sebastian off with a warning. As the new kid who was unfamiliar with the school rules, he managed to escape the consequences. It was at that moment that he gained my respect and became my best friend and confidant. We have been inseparable ever since Graduation Day.
“There’s the man. I was starting to worry. I was about to post on social media: Millionaire kidnapped by a beautiful blonde bimbo late at night, still missing. GZ
At least his peculiar sarcastic humor put a smile on my face.
“What’s with the long face? Bad night last night?” Sebastian asks.
“Good morning, Sebastian. Last night was fine. This morning, on the other hand, was not so good.”
“Couldn’t your blondie help you relax?” he teases me.
” Lucrecia can indeed make a man relax as well as she can stress one out. I did not see that one coming,” I admit.
“So, what did the bombshell say to make you come in a worse mood than yesterday?”
“Nothing. She just started rambling nonsense about us being a ‘real’ couple, having a family, and stopping keeping it a secret from everyone.”
“Wow, so the blonde finally showed her true colors. I told you so. I warned you that someday, she would ask for more than what you are willing to give her and use her friendship with Sabrina to her advantage, which she doesn’t deserve. Don’t be surprised if she gets her daddy involved in this, and she ends up tying you down,” he warns me.
“Sebastian let’s not dramatize the situation. She knows our agreement. You only know about us because you caught us at my parents’ house at that event. We’ve been more cautious ever since. She knows she can’t tell anyone about this. “
“Come on, Gabriel. She is just like you. She is used to getting what she wants and will do whatever it takes. Wasn’t she who came up to you and kept insisting until you couldn’t say no to her anymore?” He reminds me and I nod.” You are on her radar, my friend. And if she wants to play happily ever after with you, she will do whatever it takes to make it happen. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
“She told me she loved me and to think about it,” I confess.
“Wow, the word LOVE came out of her mouth. I never thought she could feel it; it’s hard to believe,” he responds sarcastically.
“I don’t understand why you’ve always had such a strong dislike for her. I know she can be a little spoiled and difficult to handle at times, but she is not as terrible as you think.”
“I’ve never liked her. She is superficial, fake, and will do whatever it takes to get what she wants, even if it means stepping on others. That woman doesn’t know the meaning of loyalty. I did warn you about her when I caught you two, but I didn’t insist on the matter because it is your personal business. However, it doesn’t mean I changed my opinion about her. And so, what are you going to do about what she said?”
“I don’t know. She caught me off guard. Marriage, monotony, etc. are not my thing as you know. I love my life as it is, but sometime soon my parents are going to start asking for grandchildren. Dude, they’ve already started.”
“You’re afraid of love, Gabriel, but not all women are like….”
“Don’t bring her up,” I abruptly interrupt him before he finishes his sentence. “You know I don’t like to talk about that,” he raises his hands in defense.
“Someday, you will find a woman that sweeps you off your feet, and it will happen when you least expect it. I remember around a year ago, you were so smitten with someone that you had us all looking all over for her,” he points out. I remember that day.
“We never found her because you mistook her with a cold, self-centered woman,” I complain. “Well, that turned out for the best. And for falling blindly stupid and enthralled over a woman, it will never happen again. They are all the same. Now, let’s stop talking nonsense and get to work.”
“You are changing the subject, but not all women are alike. Take a look at your sister.”
After that, we got to work.
Our family empire consists of banks, buildings, industries, and foundations. My mother and Sabrina oversee the foundations, while my dad owns the Banks. As for me, I manage the construction and building department. That way, we have achieved considerable success.
Lately, for some strange reason, my sister wants to involve me in some of her charity work. Specifically, she is set out to renovate a hospital and requires my expertise in engineering and architecture. It is actually a great idea.
My sister has always been compassionate and engaged in humanitarian efforts; particularly those involving children. This latest endeavor is no exception. She discovered that Melithes Kerls Hospital specializes in caring for children with autism, Down’s Syndrome, Premature Babies, and other disorders. During dinner at my parents’ house, she passionately shared all the details with us.
“It was wonderful dad. Witnessing those doctors caring for autistic kids, providing guidance to their parents, and nurturing premature babies, who were so tiny it was scary-it was an amazing experience.”
“I’m happy for you sweetheart, but you seem a little melancholic.” My dad says and he is right.
“Yes, Dad. It is difficult to witness the suffering of so many small children. This hospital serves a community of people with limited resources, and they face numerous challenges. It truly makes me appreciate everything we have, that my children are healthy and that we have never experienced the hardships these people face daily. We are lucky. We need to help them, Dad.” She explained.
“So, what do you have in mind?” My mom asks.
“Well, it’s a big hospital, but very poorly distributed and badly taken care of. I thought we could utilize available space to create new areas for children to play while they wait. Additionally, we can expand the pediatric consultation offices, and provide better tools and equipment for the doctors, which is where you come in handy, my dear brother.”
“Me? What can I do? You seem to have everything figured out,” I remark. That was very clever of her.
“Firstly, I need financial support and I’ve already arranged for the Bank to contribute to the project. That’s where you come in, Dad. And as for you, Gabriel, I am counting on your expertise on design and remodeling along with Sebastian.”
“Well, sis, you have everything worked out, don’t you?” Show me the blueprints, and I’ll see what I can do.”
“I knew you would agree. You’ll love the place, you’ll see,” she replies joyfully.
Later that night, after a relaxing bath, I found myself lost in deep thoughts about what Lucrecia had said to me. I sat out on the terrace, sipping on a glass of whisky, contemplating her words. She is right; I’m no longer a kid and eventually, I will have to settle down and do what society expects. But if there is something I am sure of, it is that I can’t trust women. In my experience they have proven to be traitors, vile snakes, liars, fake, and solely interested in materialistic gains. They’ll seduce you to fulfill their desires and then stab you in the back with no hesitation. This pattern is all too familiar to me. Every woman would approach gracefully and with a charming smile to get you interested in them. They always aim for the wealthiest man, and once they get into your bed, they suddenly transform into the innocent victim, claiming they were deceived into their actions, making you look like a low-life womanizer, unless you give them what they want.
They all seem the same to me, and people expect me to settle down with one of them, God. Where am I supposed to find one that truly captivates me? Lucrecia is not that kind of woman. I enjoy her company and she turns me on, and sometimes even brings me a sense of comfort. But a future together? That seems very unlikely with her or any other woman. I gave up on that idea years ago and won’t change my mind.
I can’t complain, though; that would be absurd. I’ve had a multitude of passionate encounters with women who were confident and experienced in s*x. Some even more open-minded than men, but who am I to judge? Everyone's free to do with their own body as they please. However, deep down, I yearn for something different. I know I might sound sexist. Yes, that's the word. What man wouldn’t desire a woman who solely belongs to him and no one else? Who owns her kisses, her caresses, and the only man who has heard her moan, who smells her, etc.?
Every man dreams about being a woman’s first time, and whoever says otherwise is a liar. But let’s be honest, that is almost impossible to find in this day and age. Women are way too liberal these days, and it almost seems as if they are taught how to sell their bodies since they are kids. That is sad, so how am I supposed to meet a woman I want to spend the rest of my life with? They are all the same, including Lucrecia. There is no woman in this world worthy of my attention; except for one.
A year ago, I saw a woman who still haunts my dreams. It was in a packed auditorium filled with doctors - a sea of white coats that I had never seen before. I was there to accompany Sebastian who was giving a presentation at a conference on the importance of hospital structure, the risks it may imply, and its impact on health, which is a very dull subject. But I owed him a favor, so there I was.
As I sat there, I couldn’t help but feel annoyed by the way women were gazing at me and making me feel like a piece of steak about to be devoured. I anxiously counted the minutes to get out of there, and when Sebastian finally finished, I spotted her.
She sat in a corner, staring into her phone, oblivious to the world around her. Her long brown hair cascaded down the side of her pale white face, with just a hint of makeup accentuating her natural beauty. Colored glasses adorned her face, perfectly matching her blouse. Her lips were so enticing and inviting. I wanted to taste them. She was an angel, capturing my attention completely.
She seemed uncomfortable as she was sharing a seat with a friend. She didn’t even glimpse at me, which surprised me. I am the kind of man that turns heads when I enter a room. Every woman in that room had her eyes set on me, including her friend, except her. That both intrigued and irritated me.
When Sebastian finished his conference, and applause filled the room, people started to make their way towards us, yet my gaze remained fixed on her. Everything else was insignificant to me at that moment. Sebastian noticed my distraction and asked:
“Which one caught your eye?”
” The most beautiful one of all,” I replied, astonished by her beauty. There was an undeniable allure about her, even though she was not your typical beauty queen; she was curvy, with thick thighs, big hips, a slender waist, a flat stomach, and perfectly shaped breasts. God, I really desired her, longed to taste those lips, and lose myself in that body. Her friend said something to her that made her smile, and that was it for me. I needed to be with that woman. I needed to have her that same night.
I turned to Sebastian, asking if he knew all the doctors in the room. Confirming that he did, I pointed her out so he would introduce me to her.
“Are you sure?” he asked. I don’t think you’ll have much trouble getting into her pants. Rumor has it that she gets around quickly. I hear she is a lot like your brain-dead witch.”
“Well, if she is that easy, you won’t have any problem introducing her to me then.”
“Sure. Wait here, let me introduce you.”
Great. I am a bit disappointed, I must say. I thought she would be different, but what the hell, it’s only for one night anyway.
As we approached her, a swarm of people surrounded us, eager to greet us and ask us questions. But in the chaos, I lost sight of her.
I was so obsessed with her that I made Sebastian find her no matter what until he showed up with a woman. The wrong woman, a very different one from my delicious woman. She was a pretty brunette, the type I usually go for, so I can’t blame him for his mistake. I had dinner with this girl out of courtesy, which was a complete torture. She was pretty but selfish. I’ve never met anyone so self-centered as her.
As soon as we said goodbye, I went directly to Sebastian.
“So, did you have a good time?” he inquired.
“Who the hell was that woman? Where is the one, I specifically asked you to introduce me to? I even pointed her out to you,” I lamented.
“You mean, that wasn’t the one you wanted to meet?”
“Do you honestly believe that if it were her, I would be here contemplating making my sister a widow right now?” I retorted.
“Wait, I was convinced it was her when you pointed her out.”
“Well, it is not her. I don’t know who you were looking at, but that is not the one I saw. Dammit, Sebastian! That woman was insufferable!”
“I told you so. I’m sorry. Don’t worry, if she was at that conference, it means she works at that hospital, so we’ll find her, ok? I’ve never seen you react like this over a woman.”
“Just find her, ok?” I demanded, as I stormed out of his house angry.
For a few more weeks I tirelessly searched for her but had no luck in finding her.
Eventually, I surrendered and convinced myself she was nothing more than an illusion and I would probably never see her again. Yet her angelic face is hard to forget.
And here I am, a year later, thinking about my angel. Where could she be? What is she up to?
