CHAPTER 7 Just as Hilary was helping Paul Trent and Nurses Knowles and Rigby carry their luggage and equipment into her home, over at St. Mary’s Church the Reverend Timothy Grafton was busy working alongside two of the parish’s elderly ladies. Emily Jones and Mabel Thorndyke had been staunch supporters of the church since long before both became widowed some years previously.
