Beckoned by Sergeant Paul Ferris, Ross strode across the room to the computer stations where Ferris and Kat Bellamy could be seen visibly working hard at their allotted tasks.
“Got something for me, Paul?” Ross asked as he was joined by Izzie Drake.
“Been looking into Joey and Trixie Slimani's backgrounds as you requested,” Ferris replied. Might be an idea to get the others to hear this too.”
“Everyone, come and hear this,” Ross called out and the other detectives present in the room dropped what they were doing and walked across to join him and Drake in a group gathered around Ferris and Bellamy. Sofie Meyer, together with Tony Curtis and Nick Dodds, abandoned their viewing of a DVD, and Sam Gable and Ginger Devenish completed the group.
