I was still sorting through my thoughts as Kade made his way through the city. I still wasn’t sure if I saw Garrett and the more I thought about it, the more I was convinced that I was imagining things. There was no way he was here. They were also so careful to not go near other packs and Kade’s pack was large with so many trained soldiers that it just seemed like s really dumb risk.
