It has been a full month since the birth of my son, Miles Nathaniel Silverstar, and a full month since my daughter was taken from me again. I look down at my cooing baby while also missing his sister. Miles looks at me with blue eyes that I hope turn to grey like his father’s.

“You are going to be handsome like your Daddy,” I say with a slight sniffle.

“Is he?” Caspar says from the doorway of the nursery.

I scoop Miles up and turn to Caspar, “I was just changing him.”

Caspar marches over and stands before me. He places his finger under my chin, and I look into his eyes. “My beautiful, Nova,” He leans down and kisses me. “Why are you crying? Were you missing Una again?” He asks, and I nod. “She’s fine,” he says.

“I know,” I nod and look at Miles. “I know she is safe with Fergus
