Being the early bird that she is, Melanie is half an hour earlier than their school time. Releasing a sigh of boredom, she looked around to check for any of her friends’ shadows. “They’re so late.” She said with a frown, looking at her watch from time to time.

“You’re just early.” Yuan piped from behind.

Even without turning around, she knew that voice too well. “And why are you here?” she asked, her eyes still focused in front of her, still waiting for Fiona and Daphne.

Suddenly, an arm fell on her shoulder, making her glare at her side, meeting Yuan’s teasing stare. “I’m here because my instincts told me you’re here.” He answered with a smirk. “Pretty amazing huh?”
