Fiona is softly humming a song while scanning the aisle of different pens and writing materials. While passing by a certain brand of ball pen, her brows knitted as she couldn’t find a single ballpen on the brand’s area.

“There’s none?” she asked mainly to herself. To check further, she roamed her eyes on the shelves and checked if there’s at least one or two pens that was mistakenly put on the other brand’s area.

After seeing nothing, she looked around and look for some employees to ask for information. “Excuse me,” she paused, calling the employee who happened to pass by, holding a box filled with sets of colored papers.
