Revoking bond again

Herman was let out on bond on July 3rd, and today is July 21, 2014. The family found out that Herman is to be back in court on July 31 for a hearing to Revoke his bond. Apparently, he still thinks the rules don't apply to Him. After his little encounter with William, Billy's son, was reported to Crawford Co. Probation, they checked Herman's GPS monitor and found out that he has been going places he wasn't supposed to. If the Judge revokes his bond again, then Herman will go back to jail (again).  July 31, 2014 and Herman is remanded to the custody of the Orange county jail, once again. September 22, 2014 - Herman was to have a hearing today for the Habitual Offender charges, but it was postponed again by his attorney. The Crawford Co. court clerk said she thinks it will be reset sometime in December. Bail was once again set for Herman, and someone posted bail for him again (after he has already had it revoked two times). He is once again walking the streets with two monitors on his leg, one is a GPS tracking device and the other is an alcohol monitoring device. December 15, 2014 - Today Herman went to court for his Habitual Substance Offender charges. He pled Guilty to all charges. There was no plea deal mentioned. That surprised the entire family. The judge will decide what Herman's sentence will be on Dec. 29th. It could be up to 9 yrs. max, even though the family highly doubts that will happen. December 29, 2014 - Herman was only sentenced to 6 years, but he was released after only doing two of the six. He is free and walking the streets once again in 2015. Five years after he shot and murdered Billy . To this day July 20, 2020 he still has not been charged with murder.  He filed an appeal for post conviction relief on August 29, 2014 of previous charges that he had been convicted of to that date. The appeals court affirmed with the original court, and did not give him any conviction relief. He waited 24 years to appeal for the post conviction relief.  His criminal history reads as follows: Sept 1989 - illegal consumption of alcohol October 1989 - possession of marijuana November 7, 1989 - plead guilty received 365 days in jail with 355 suspended. December 21, 1989 - armed robbery and criminal confinement received six years in prison May 1994 - revoke probation for being arrested in Alabama 2002 - operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15  2003 - battery invasion of privacy and criminal mischief 2004 - operating a vehicle while intoxicated  2008 - battery  2009 - invasion of privacy  December 2015 - driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years dismissed October 2017 - possession of m*******a dismissed  June 4, 2018 - operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior received 365 days in jail with 363 suspended
