The lounge was abuzz with the continuous chattering of Celine and Hannah, their voices echoing and filling every corner of the room. It seemed as if their animated conversations had a life of their own.
“So, what do you like about my brother?” Celine suddenly asked, taking Aria off guard with her question.
“W-what do you mean?” Aria asked timidly.
“Come on, tell us,” Celine persisted eagerly. “What made you fall so madly in love with him that you agreed to marry him?”
“Marry?” Aria exclaimed, shocked by the revelation. The thought had never crossed her mind.
“Yes, marriage,” Celine confirmed, beaming with excitement. “We were completely taken aback when Zane told us he wanted to get married. It’s hard to believe that the playboy Zane would want to settle down.”
