Chapter Eight Randy: The Yardboi Childhood was anything but easy for Randy, not that he was ever one to complain or feel sorry for himself. Being born into an extreme polygamous Mormon family living in a desert compound in southern Utah, he was used to tough circumstances and even tougher love from his hard-bitten patriarchal Father and his overworked and dominated Sister-Mothers.
